GoogleI’m about to complete on sell my property with Gilbert and rose, which has not been a straight forward sale, I have to admit the quality in service I’ve been give, especially from Michelle has been incredible. She has gone above and beyond ensuring I have the right information, chasing down solicitors, giving advice, all in a professional and friendly way. I would 100% recommend them (and have been) to anyone selling their property.

GoogleThis was the second time I used Gilbert and rose in space of 1 year, my first home was a niche home with land and I was looking for the best sales marketing Agents around and was recommended Gilbert rose, they sold my home within a week due to there ability to hit the market in the right place,Ben who runs the marketing side was amazing they didn’t leave until late that evening untilnight shots was done and they was happy, Spencer’s and Perry enthusiasm is second to none they strive to be the best and they are, that’s why I gave them my other home without hesitating and the same results was achieved, Michelle the sales coordinator is a lady with an ability to keep the whole chain on the same page , which can be unbelievable challenging but Michelle is there to help see it over the line, If you looking for the best you found it, Dave Bradford

GoogleWe have just bought our first house thanks to Gilbert and rose 😊 the service we received was amazing, Jody showed us around and was there to answer any questions or anything we wanted, nothing was ever too much trouble, then Megan was dealing with the sale, she was brilliant, so on it, was chasing solicitors for us and always responded to us quickly in what was happening. It made it much easier knowing we had you both dealing with things. Even when there was a few issues, we was kept in the loop on things which was great. We can’t thank you enough for everything, your time and Patience is much appreciated and we wouldn’t be where we was if it wasn’t for you. Would 100% recommend anyone buying or selling with Gilbert and rose and you would be very lucky if you had Jody and Megan dealing with you. Thanks again for everything 😊

GoogleGilbert and Rose did a brilliant job of selling our property and purchasing our new home. Their marketing video was brilliant. Ben even used a drone! The pictures were very professional and showed the property at its best. Ryan arranged all the viewings at our convenience and kept us up to date with offers. The support during sales progression was excellent. Michelle held daily phone calls with all parties involved and ensured things were done on time. Perry was always available to help and escalate if needed. Their prices are competitive and transparent. We would highly recommend Gilbert and Rose.

GoogleReally good experience with Gilbert and Rose. I viewed a property that wasn’t for me but Daniel listened to what I wanted and the next place her showed me I bought. Charlene was outstanding on all the help she gave me throughout the whole buying process and couldn’t help me enough! As a first time buyer she guided me through every step and made sure the whole process run as smoothly as possible!!

I was the buyer of my new house that they were selling, so they wasn’t even making any money from me, Perry was by far the best estate agent a have ever dealt with. GoogleI have only had a few dealings with this company so far, but from that I have noticed a simular pattern emerging, I have called up 3 or more times to arrange a viewing on different properties and every time they ask me what my maximum budget is, and if you say anything just bellow the asking they tell you its a waste of time viewing it which makes me feel like they dont want me to view it incase the seller accepted the offee at the lower price as you can only put an offer on a house if you have viewed it, no matter what the contact is at the end of the day its the sellers choice if they want to accept an offer or not

GoogleThe sale was long and drawn out as buyer suitability was not really taken into account just speed of sale prioritised. Combined with internal mortgage brokers applying for marriages that are not suitable for the client. Both property adverts were factually incorrect but ignored (extra bedrooms added) and this then caused grief with solicitors. The only saving grace is Phoebe who kept me and everyone else in the chain sane whilst we battled incompetent solicitors to get the sale over the line. TLDR; 3.5/5 not the best not the worst, not the cheapest but do have a lot of potential buyers signed up so can likely get you viewings quickly…

GoogleExcellent service all-round, and the sales process is far superior to other agents I have used. Great photos and listing. Quickly received offers and agreed sale above the price I was aiming for. Great comms and support throughout the completion process. Gilbert and Rose have built a great team - everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In particular Claire Skilbeck, Perry Rose, Alfie Hall, Beth Braun, Joby Swan, Jude the photographer and Spencer Gilbert were all really helpful at various stages of the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleBRILLIANT! Presley has been absolutely great with marketing our property and really driving the sale. He would constantly update me and was easily contactable. He dealt with everything well and professionally! Very approachable and I would be happy to recommend and work with Presley again! Really grateful for all his efforts getting this sale over the line for me!

GoogleAmazing customer service . Both Charlene and Sam kindly help throughout the sale process . Whenever we have queries , they direct the appropriate service and guidance and answer promptly the questions . It usually took time chasing between both parties and solicitors during the whole process and Charlene provide the excellent pivotal communication and it smooth the whole journey . Million thanks Charlene !!!!!

GoogleWorking with Charlene Franklin made the whole transaction smoother, she kept the whole chain informed and nothing was too much bother for her. She has a lovely way with clients and is very amenable as a person. She is expert in her field and as a Solicitor, I found her a pleasure to work with. We'll done G&R you have a true asset in her.

GoogleThis is a review of three parts! The sale: From the moment we first met Spencer in my home we knew we was in safe hands. He talked us through the whole process, answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. As he left he said “we will have this flat sold by Monday and you’ll be moving by September….” Wow I thought, that’s ambitious! Next we meet Megan, she arranged an open house for the following Saturday, she had 11 viewings booked! On the morning of the open day, we went out for the day and left Megan to run the show leaving us full of anticipation and excitement. Saturday evening we got the call to say someone would like a second viewing, this was arranged for the Monday afternoon and we accepted an offer that evening! (Maybe Spencer has a crystal ball!) The Purchase: This was also through Gilbert and Rose. This time we was greeted by Josh at the property we viewed. From the moment we met Josh it felt like we knew him. He was very warm, knowledgeable and charming. He answered all my questions. Even the most random ones and he didn’t batter an eyelid when I tested the internet speed 🫣. We left wanting this as our new home. We arranged a second viewing and made an offer, Josh handled all the negotiations and put was at ease. He secured our future home within our budget! The Exchange: Next we met Claire. Claire was our sales progression agent, and what a journey we went on together. Claire coordinated the whole chain and linked together all the solicitors, she provided weekly updates and as exchange neared, daily updates. She pushed all the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure we got the exchange across the line within our timeframe. She was on hand to answer my questions and I had many of them! I had some stressful moments and she worked with me to get things sorted. We have now exchanged and Spencer being true to his word we are completing early September. I can’t recommend Gilbert and Rose enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Spencer, you have an amazing team around you!

GoogleGilbert and Rose have been fantastic from start to finish. The promptness and urgency from Ryan and Dan to get the house on the market to actually selling it within 1 week was fantastic. These guys knew we were on a 7 day time frame with a house that we put an offer in, and they were just so fantastic in helping us achieve the end goal. We were then working with Claire through out the whole sales progression. Claire has been absolutely incredible!!! She promptly answered emails, returned phones calls , even if it was just something minor, she would never fail to communicate. She’s incredibly friendly and professional and reassured us every step of the way. We exchanged 2 days ago and are due to complete next week, with our baby on the way and due date being just before we complete, Claire made sure things were running as smoothly as possible and chasing up anyone she needed to take the stress off us. We can’t wait to move in to our family home and are incredibly grateful to the Gilbert and Rose team for selling our home and putting such great care and effort into all they do. Highly recommend! Such a friendly estate agents to work with :)

GoogleMe and my girlfriend have recently just bought our first house through Gilbert and Rose and they were amazing. Hollie was the agent that initially showed us around the property and she done a fantastic job. She had great knowledge of the property and the area and she was also really friendly and happy to help. Once we had our offer accepted we were passed on to Claire who is part of the sales progression team and she was equally as amazing as Hollie was. Both of them are a credit to Gilbert and Rose and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thanks, Matt and Sarah.

She was more helpful and supportive than my own Estate Agent., and without her I would have found the whole episode more difficult.
