Google‘Gilbert and Rose’ has been Excellent from start to finish. The fantastic reviews you see online & the amazing words by client says for itself. I must say they have harnessed a fabulous team. I bought this house recently where ‘Gilbert and Rose’ were agents from seller’s side but it never felt that way. Ryan Perry is the HERO of my entire move. Ryan has been precise, friendly & empathised with our sentiments and nervousness. We met him on the day we first saw this house and fell in love with it. He gave us the accurate advise and right contacts to help with the move. We could agree on the numbers and formalities on the same day with him being the prompt mediator. He has always been proactive, fair & made sure we are appropriately informed throughout the process. When we had the longer wait period and chains to complete he kept us in loop and made us aware of activities happening in the background. I cannot thank him enough and if possible give him more than 5 STARs. Erica Meacham was our sales progression assistant and has done incredible job. Erica made us calm down and I could rely on her for all the communications between various parties. She has been my go-to person when it comes to connections with conveyancer and sale progression. She gave us great advise throughout the process and kept us informed on status of the move. Erica stands out for her professional service, she was prompt in answering emails, connecting on calls & reducing the stress that comes with the house purchase. As I said at the start the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Gilbert and Rose team for getting us our dream home !! GoogleWhen I decided to sell my property, I phoned around a number of estate agents to decide who to use. I was totally impressed with the phone interaction from the onset from G&R. An appointment was made for Ed Johns to survey. He advised me of all the current procedures for selling as I have been in my property for 38 years.He gave me a fair and honest valuation based on the market as to what I could expect to sell for which was the amount the property sold for. He found me a potential buyer before the property had even been photographed and published on the website who progressed with the sale. I was then helped by Michelle Burrell, Sales Progressor. She kept me advised through to exchange of contracts. She came back to me within the promised timelines. Ed and Michelle are friendly, not pushy however professional and competent. These are rare qualities in business now. They made the sale easier. Thank you.

The photos were amazing, the house sold super fast and then the team kept us up to date as the process completed. Could not ask for a better team to have worked with and should we ever move again we would not hesitate to come straight back to Gilbert & Rose. Genuinely made the process smooth and easy.

GoogleSuccessfully sold and purchased my property through G&R. From start to finish they have been there on hand. They are a relatively young team but do not let that put you off, the calibre and professionalism of their staff is top notch & in particular Ben, Hollie & Claire. Love the fact you get a sales progressor for support once you have sold & secured a property with weekly updates. I have never had another estate agent work so closely with getting the sales and purchases through, its fab service.

GoogleWhat a fantastic company. We’ve dealt with a couple of the bigger estate agents in the area and Gilbert and Rose have given the best service by far. We were shown around our property by Hollie who was friendly, knowledgable and professional. She was able to answer all of our questions and if she wasn’t sure, went out of her way to find out. During the sales progression stage, she responded quickly with anything we needed, even though this isn’t her main job. Our sales progressor Karen was also fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the process, always friendly and knew exactly what we needed whenever we had any queries to be answered. She seemed to be able to get information days before our solicitors were able to! Thank you both for everything.

GoogleCharlene Franklin - I don’t even know where to start. I remember the first phone call with Charlene right at the beginning of my house purchase and sale. From then on, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do but Charlene made it a breeze for me. She’s always happy and enthusiastic and nothing is too much hard work. Charlene is an absolute asset to Gilbert & Rose, I think they are very lucky to have her on their team and if you are buying or selling, I hope you get to work with Charlene! Thank you for everything. Ed Johns - I first met Ed a couple of years ago when I viewed a property and he showed us around. He has such a calm, chilled, friendly, laid back but professional approach. Ed was always happy to reply to a message anytime of day. There was no sales pitches and rubbish. It was all honest and straight to the point. There didn’t have to be any over the top phone calls, it was all relaxed but got the job done. Ed, thank you for everything, you were a pleasure to deal with.
