Dan Gilvargas worked really hard to find a buyer for us always giving great advice and suggesting innovative strategies to market our house in what was a difficult time in the property market. We agreed a sale and Leanne Warren picked up the baton to progress the sale and liaise with myself and solicitors for both sides ( buyer & seller). Dan and Leanne were always ready to take my calls and answer questions and I really felt they were on my side. Cannot recommend this company highly enough especially Dan and Leanne. Thanks guys

The team at Gilbert & Rose have been great from start to finish. From viewing the property with Ross who made every effort to accommodate my viewings, he was very personable and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for and was responsive to my emails and calls. As the potential buyer I felt that they were also looking out for me with honest conversations about things which I really appreciated. The service didn’t stop there as once things moved forward they guided me through the entire process of the purchase offered contacts for the various services I needed from mortgages to surveyors. Who again were all really professional and helpful. I was handed over to Leanne my Sales Progressor who managed all the vendor conversations and back and forth on all the smaller things including lots of calls/emails from me, Leanne couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful in keeping me updated along the way which made me feel safe that everything was moving along all the way through to completion! An amazing team!

I cannot recommend Gilbert & Rose enough and especially Jody. I spoke to Jody to enquire about selling my partners flat and the next day she was round to help and guide us through it. Just under a month later our property was sold! She supported us through it all, she was available as much as I needed her, she really did go above and beyond for us, she helped with finding our new forever home and supporting us with situations we needed help with. We viewed a few properties with Gilbert and Rose and throughout all team members communicated with us so amazing. All the team should be proud!

I can not speak highly enough about Gilbert and Rose Estate Agents. From the beginning with our valuation from Alfie Hall to the sales agent Ross Rawlings to the sales progression agent Claire Skilbeck. All very professional and would always contact with updates or call back within 10 minutes of me making a call to them. Alfie was very knowledgeable and gave lots of information about the process of selling a house and very open about what we could expect from Gilbert and Rose. Ross was great. I can not speak highly enough of Ross. He worked hard to get viewers into our property and in securing a buyer for us. Claire was always on hand with updating us on exchanging of contracts to the final sale. If you are thinking of selling, use Gilbert and Rose. You will not be disappointed and they are worth every penny.

Spencer, Sam Brunker, Claire Skillbeck (sales progression) were outstanding on a chain of three high profile properties in our chain. Our sale was completed on our first open house with three qualified bids in by the end of the day. The team took care to ensure our sale property was marketed well to the right audience and guided us to experts in mortgage and conveyancing that made the entire process a great deal smoother. It was a long process looking for a property in 2022 but G&R were helpful from the beginning. We were given detailed feedback on every viewing and constantly communicated on the progress of the sale. They were extremely proactive and gave sensible advice to gain the best possible sale.
