I am so impressed with the team at Gilbert and Rose. As soon as Alfie first came to our house, he was so professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. We knew straight away that we wanted to use them. Supper efficient! I also want to say a massive thank you to Joby, who has helped us with the sale of our house. It must of been a long day with saying the same thing with the open house, however, speaking to him after he was really positive and still smiling which was refreshing. Without him, we wouldn't of got such a great price for our house. It was nice that the team are not pushy, and you could tell they really cared about us, and wanted the best, compared to other estate agents. They are on the ball! I will definitely be using them again! Thank you

I would recommend them 100% especially Karen and Ryan they have been my rock and I could not have asked for better people. They have always been available, always returned calls and shown total dedication even out of hours. We had an amazing experience selling our flat through Gilbert & Rose. We had originally gone with another estate agent and after 5 months of nothing but disappointment we was recommended to use G&R. My only regret was not using them in the first place! From initially calling them, Harry arranged to come round & get things moving on that same day! He was so professional and helpful and really put our minds at ease seeing as we had had such a negative experience previously. We then had viewings arranged really quickly & the communication from Harry and the rest of the team was fantastic. When it came to accepting an offer, Harry really ensured that we got what we wanted & was just as excited as we was when it had all been accepted which was lovely. We then had Karen support through the sale process and again received amazing support. Karen kept us up to date with everything and when things got slow (due to solicitors) she really pushed things forward and kept everything moving. I don’t know how we would have made it to completion without her! There were times we had phone calls on her days off and she was so exceptional in her role! Karen was so friendly, professional and our hero through the whole process! Perry also took a lot of time helping us and he was so friendly and helpful every time , quite often messaging us well out of his working hours! Everyone we spoke to were just always so helpful and professional and we find that now when speaking with other estate agents when arranging viewings etc for other properties that you can see a huge difference in the level of quality. We will recommend Gilbert & Rose to everyone & will definitely be using them again in the future. Amazing service and we couldn’t be happier with how we was treated right up until completion. Wow, what an amazing 5 Star service we have had from Gilbert and Rose from start to finish. Beth was the first to help us with the sale of our flat, which went up on the market and after a few days we were under offer. To then looking for our own property we came across a property listed by Gilbert and rose where we met Ed, who went out of his way to accommodate our viewing even outside of the usual viewing hours. He was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease about the whole process. And now just having exchanged where we was assisted by Claire who has been an absolute amazing help in pulling solicitors together when we couldn’t get any answers she chased this up hourly for us and gave me clear updates along the way. She really deserves massive credit in making this happen for us! Thanks G&R again! We will not hesitate to use your services again and will always recommend you to everyone we speak to!

From the start of our journey last August to exchanging last week, I have nothing but positive things to say about Gilbert and Rose. My husband and I were blown away with the amazing service that we received right from the start and couldn't have been happier with Michelle and Ed in particular, who were just simply fantastic. Ed was selling the house that we purchased, and he kept us updated the whole time with offers, gave us time frames so we knew exactly how long we would be waiting for and he was excellent at communicating things from the seller to us. Michelle was also absolutely outstanding, and a total rockstar throughout the rest of the process. She would call and update us frequently, kept me sane when I felt like I was going crazy and she was just really wonderful and helpful the whole time. Michelle was fantastic when communicating to us about things going on that we didn't understand fully, and she helped to speed things up with our solicitors too. A fantastic friendly company. When your nervous about selling your family home after 26 years, they are the people to use. Ryan Perry was our valuer, he was excellent, keeping me calm and mostly stress free. Very courteous, and knowledgeable, easy to trust, as he did what he said he would, when he said he would. Excellent customer service. The sales progression team are also excellent, Megan was a star, especially towards the end, when the normal difficulties started to occur. She kept me sane, found out the issues and helped achieve solutions. Nothing was a problem, lots of confidence in the Gilbert and Rose team. Pay rises all round!! Unfortunately had the misfortune of trying to sell a house with this company. Their only tactic seems to be to drop the price. Came back with a offer of 50k less than the property was worth and when I rejected asked me what I wanted from the process.. Well the asking price would be a good start. Also wanted to view a house fairly recently. Made the booking only to find out on the day that the vendor hadn't been contacted. As a cash buyer they could've made their money very quickly but now I will have nothing to do with them. Amateurs who wasted my time.

What can I say, the best estate agents I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We are just coming to the end of both selling our house with G&R and buying our forever home with them too. Sam Brunker aced it and got our property listed within 24 hours of being asked and then went on to find our forever home after taking the time to know exactly what we were looking for, job done! Jacob Woodley then took the baton and ran with getting our house sold efficiently through the viewings and effectively taking time to follow up with us after every viewing to give us updates on the thoughts of prospective buyers which put our mind at ease, nothing was too much trouble for him. He then went on to show us around our forever home and made sure we secured it, before helping get the conveyancing process started smoothly. We appreciate your help, cheers guys!
