Viewers turning up after I’d been told viewings were cancelled, agents providing incorrect information about the property (which is really embarrassing when you’re having to constantly correct them), and putting my safety at risk. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I’d have been better off using an online estate agent and doing the leg work myself rather than having to undo the problems Gilbert and Rose created and then do it myself anyway. There’s nothing “Professional” about this company and they most certainly don’t “Always, go further” when in fact, they can’t even do the bare minimum.

We have just sold our property through G&R and cannot recommend them highly enough. Our house-selling journey was not easy, losing 2 buyers along the way. Where other agents would have lost interest, G&R persevered and showed renewed enthusiasm to secure another buyer. The whole team are extremely professional and particular thanks goes to Lewis Harvey who oversaw all the viewings, provided feedback on each one and was a pleasure to deal with. Our progressor, Claire Skilbeck tenaciously held a difficult chain together, keeping us updated every step of the way. She was brilliant. Gilbert & Rose were horrendous. They talk a big game but should of had warning bells going off when they showed me the back end of right move statistics showing their performance of selling against other agents. The original valuation which made me go with them was around £40,000 over what it should have been and ended up with no sales. the selling team were very quiet and did not engage a lot and I was chasing constantly and getting little feedback. One of the agents showing someone round my home did not lock my flat before leaving!!! After the initial sign up the service was lack luster maybe I wasnt a big enough fish for them. Gilbert and Rose should really get there house in order they have clearly lost there way.

G&R are by far the best in the area. We went dual agency to start with and really wish we hadn't as we were really let down by the other agency and wish we'd gone solely with G&R from the beginning. In particular, Lewis & Ed were in direct communication with us the whole time and I loved my catch ups with Michelle who always put me at ease during what can be a very stressful time. Throughout the sale, from the first viewing to completion, Spencer’s team kept us advised at every stage, confirming every viewing with an email and giving us plenty of feedback. They kept in regular contact and we never had to chase them for anything. The whole team were great but a special mention must go to Freddie, Alfie and Phoebe who were our most regular contacts.
