GoogleGilbert & Rose have been great at helping us find a new property. We've been in a position where our first sale fell through so had the hard task of finding somewhere again. Joby @ Gilbert & Rose was great and the only estate agent to actively call me and say, "A property I think you'll love is coming on the market" as he knew we were struggling to find the right place. Can't wait to get the ball rolling and move in.

Excellent support provided with regards to alleviating stress and support in getting appropriate information etc from all parties. Charlene and Leanne both did amazing jobs, 2 outstanding members of the team, thank you for all that you did to support the purchase.

GooglePolite, professional and helpful, I would highly recommend Gilbert & Rose estate agents, we are new to the house selling game and they helped us through each step with clear guidance, very easy to get in touch with vie e-mail and phone and always ready to help and give advice. Michell dealt with most of our correspondence and she was very easy to talk to, she feels like a friend now.

Trustpilot"No" Contract
They say they don't tie you into a contract, yet, when you want to walk away, they ignore your request and still arrange viewings.Sales technique was to just keep lowering the property price. Didn't update listing as i asked, lowered the price without my permisson to a price i would not accept. Poor floor plan. Lied to buyers about service charge reduction leading to loss of a sale.Honestly, all the guys felt like 'Jack the lad', only decent person was Michelle.

We viewed many properties with her and found her very knowledgeable about all of them.She kept looking for us until she found the lovely bungalow that we have just purchased. GoogleThe team at Gilbert and Rose were fantastic from start to finish, with Ed being fantastic throughout! From getting a price higher than than expected, to the photography of the house and the fantastic work by Leanne to handle the deal, getting us from listing to completion in two months. Would highly recommend using them if you're selling your house in the Southend area!

GoogleNot impressed, hardly any contact for 3 months, very rarely returned calls. No feedback had to go find out for myself didn’t have a single viewing it’s a shame Because they came recommended, but my personal experience was not good at all. Going to be trying a new local agent very soon.

GoogleHaving experienced local agents in the past, these guys were nothing short of excellent. They took great marketing pictures for us to really see the great details of our home and they were consistent with bringing us viewings and communicating regularly until they eventually found us our buyer for the price we wanted. All round a great service and many thanks to the team - highly recommend G&R!!
