From start to finish Gilbert & Rose were superb. Spencer’s enthusiasm is infectious and he made me feel like he really wanted to sell my house himself! He valued it almost £25k higher than two other local agents had and despite my skepticism, assured me he could sell it for that price... he was right, I ended up accepting an offer for £5k higher than that within three days! Their rates are very competitive compared to other local estate agents - I paid £3,000 + VAT as a fixed fee, which was £2-3k less than their competitors who all quoted me a fee as a percentage of my sale price. I was impressed with the high quality of the photos and Rightmove listing, accurate floor plan and detailed description, again much better than a lot I’ve seen from other local estate agents. One I’d accepted an offer, I was passed over to Michelle who progressed my sale and she was superb as well, always available and always had the answers to any of my questions. I was only in a short chain but there were a lot of snags and hold ups - Michelle dealt with everything brilliantly and kept me updated every step of the way. You get a real sense that Perry and Spencer want to change their industry for the better. They’re not your typical estate agents and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Gilbert & Rose which is a lot more than I can say for the other agents I’ve had to deal with for my purchase. Little touches like having a mobile number for everyone you deal with, having a fixed fee, access the property file app which lets your track the progress of your purchase/sale all make it a much more straightforward experience. I also viewed a couple of properties through them and again, was very impressed with the organisation and professionalism shown by the agents I met with. It’s no wonder I’m seeing their signs pop up all over the place! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Gilbert & Rose and will be doing so to friends and family. I’ll certainly be using them again when the time comes! Thanks guys!

I was already a tenant when Gilbert and Rose took over the managing of the flat. Since then, I've been impressed e.g. whenever I've needed advice or work needs to be carried out, they are always prompt. Also, they come to check the flat every six months i.e. they also look after the landlord's interests. Impressive!
