GoogleSaw a lot of G&R sold boards in my area, so tried them, as I've had bad experiences from other local agents selling my properties. Found them extremely professional right from the off. Turned up on time, very accommodating, excellent customer service, honest in their view extremely efficient. My property sold after first day of viewings and communication was on point all the way through. A thoroughly positive experience all-round. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve actually decided to pause my sale for now, but out of the 3 agencies I was with, Ryan brought the most viewings and kept in touch the most, being very responsive when I had queries. Would highly recommend using them, all very friendly and helpful team too ☺️

GoogleGilbert and rose were brilliant we had a meeting with Spencer who's infectious Enthusiasm lead us to put the flat on the market straight away with Gilbert and Rose the time and effort that Spencer put into making sure that the pictures and marketing was done correctly was brilliant really felt that he was going the extra mile we had regular updates from Perry reassuring us that we was in the right position at the right time and everything was going well we had a few problems with solicitors and other agents but both Perry and Spencer did all they could to make sure that we got everything in place that was needed to get out of the flat and that we could then move on to Our lovely family home . would recommend to anybody who was looking to sell or buy . With Gilbert and rose specially Spencer and Perry you feel like you're getting the best possible service for your money they make it feel like you're dealing with friends not estate agents which is always a plus

Googlei can not rate Gilbert and Rose enough. We originally were wanting to purchase a property they had on the market, whilst ours was on with another estate agent and the support and updates we got from them was enough to make us change agents. Once our house was on the market it was sold within 2 months, yet our previous agent struggled to get us viewings. the support we received in buying our property was above and beyond, from chasing solicitors to our sellers estate agent even on the day of completion. if you want an estate agent that put you first, makes you feel as though your are the most important client, then please chose Gilbert and Rose.

GoogleFrom start to finish Gilbert & Rose were superb. Spencer’s enthusiasm is infectious and he made me feel like he really wanted to sell my house himself! He valued it almost £25k higher than two other local agents had and despite my skepticism, assured me he could sell it for that price... he was right, I ended up accepting an offer for £5k higher than that within three days! Their rates are very competitive compared to other local estate agents - I paid £3,000 + VAT as a fixed fee, which was £2-3k less than their competitors who all quoted me a fee as a percentage of my sale price. I was impressed with the high quality of the photos and Rightmove listing, accurate floor plan and detailed description, again much better than a lot I’ve seen from other local estate agents. One I’d accepted an offer, I was passed over to Michelle who progressed my sale and she was superb as well, always available and always had the answers to any of my questions. I was only in a short chain but there were a lot of snags and hold ups - Michelle dealt with everything brilliantly and kept me updated every step of the way. You get a real sense that Perry and Spencer want to change their industry for the better. They’re not your typical estate agents and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Gilbert & Rose which is a lot more than I can say for the other agents I’ve had to deal with for my purchase. Little touches like having a mobile number for everyone you deal with, having a fixed fee, access the property file app which lets your track the progress of your purchase/sale all make it a much more straightforward experience. I also viewed a couple of properties through them and again, was very impressed with the organisation and professionalism shown by the agents I met with. It’s no wonder I’m seeing their signs pop up all over the place! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Gilbert & Rose and will be doing so to friends and family. I’ll certainly be using them again when the time comes! Thanks guys!
