GoogleWe can’t thank Gilbert & Rose enough, our sale was very pressured time wise with mortgage applications running out and G&R sold our house within a couple of weeks, managed to get the right buyer to make the sale quicker also. The sales progression afterwards was very good and we were kept in the loop at all times! The team were very professional and friendly. Thank you very much! I was then passed onto Claire who helped me with the sales progression and she was simply amazing keeping me fully updated all the way and making sure exchange and completion took place on the date I had asked for. GoogleIt’s been good with Gilbert and Rose and my direct contact agent Benjamin. He has been quick to attend to some of my concerns raised which I really appreciate. My only issue is the occupant of flat one. She need to be spoken to. Keep up your good work Benjamin.

GoogleAfter many dealings with various estate agents over the years (and three failed purchases in the last year alone) I must admit I had never come across Gilbert & Rose until now… How refreshing to speak to staff who are not “Essex geezers” or over-familiar and schmoozing. Have interacted with three staff members at this point and they all actually asked relevant questions and listened to the answers. Professional and helpful but also friendly and approachable, which is a perfect balance.

GoogleWell Gold stars from karen to Spencer Gilbert who from my first appointment with him took the trouble to listen to me / my thoughts on what I wanted from Himself & Gilbert/ Rose to sell my house . A niche one to take on . He kept me updated / all photos/ videos where great . Then I had the absolutely fantastic Michelle as my sales progresser who has had her work cut out with my less than easy sale process but she’s held my hand virtually all through to today’s completion .
