GoogleExcellent and professional service throughout the progress of buying my first home. Josh showed us around the house and was professional, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Josh also took time out of his personal time for a second viewing which was really appreciated. Leanne then took over the sales progression after the offer had been accepted, she was brilliant at keeping us up to date with the sales progression right through to completion. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleOutstanding!! The service and care we received from all the team was amazing. We met Ryan and Kash and they sold our property within a week. We’d been on the market for over a year and had tried 3 other agents. Within a week we had our photos and a fantastic video of the property done followed by viewings booked for the weekend. To receive an offer the day after was unbelievable. We then transferred to Charlene in the progression team and she did everything she possibly could to make it as smooth a process as possible. Wish we had gone with you guys from the start! Highly recommend. Unlike other estate agents who promise you’ll get feed back etc these guys actually do what they say they will do!! Massive thanks from my family and I!!

GoogleFantastic service from initial viewing to (almost) completing on our new home. Two people who deserve special call outs are; Lewis Harvey - was excellent throughout and answered every one of our questions with patience and kindness. And Claire Skilbeck, who is incredibly efficient in her role, as well as making a potenitally stressful process, stress free! Both are great assets to the company.

GoogleGilbert & Rose handled the sale of our property which sold very quickly. Sales progression was managed by Michelle Birrell who ensured that any minor hiccup or problem that occurred was effectively dealt with and resolved. I would definitely recommend this company.

GoogleAfter using several local agents, we thought that we would never sell our house and were going to give up. I contacted Gilbert and Rose and were impressed from the start. Their communication is phenomenal. We were regularly contacted and given feedback. I will definitely use them again in the future and have recommended them to family and friends!!!

GoogleFrom valuation to viewings and my ongoing sales progression Gilbert and Roses team were absolutely marvellous.Ed Johns with appointments and viewings was efficient, and extremely professional and very personable .Then I moved on to sales progression with Michelle Birelle she was amazing at keeping me updated all the way through,pushing things along with very slow solicitors.I actually sold the property myself to a neighbour but asked them to go through Gilbert and Rose as with all their work and help I think they deserved there fee .Would highly recommend they actually sold my neighbour’s property to 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

GoogleI was approached online using Facebook messenger by someone that worked for an agency I'd used before to sell other family members homes that now works for Gilbert & Rose. They asked if they could help sell my parents property, I explained that they had accepted an offer but as the buyers hadn't sold theirs it was staying on the market as a precautionary measure and that they were happy and wanted to stay solely with the agent they were with. Nearly a week later and as I said having told this person they didn't want to use them a note was put through their door asking if they could help sell the house. My parents are elderly and easily confused due to dementia adding to what is already stressful time, I feel as though this action by Gilbert & Rose is just praying on the elderly and is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would avoid using this company at all costs... IF i COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD

GoogleFrom the moment we called for a valuation to the completion day, G&R couldn’t have been more helpful. Ryan explained everything and took care of all photos and viewings, then when we had an offer made, Michelle then picked it up and followed it through to end. Michelle always returned our calls and chased Buyer and our purchase estate agents to get answers where necessary. First class team, would defo use them again
