GoogleExtremely impressed with Ed Johns & the Gilbert and Rose team. Secured us a great sale price (in challenging market conditions!) on a 4 bed semi detached property in Chalkwell. Whole process took only 2.5 months to complete which in part was due to their committed & hard working sales progression team. Ed was regularly in touch throughout the process keeping us updated on progress & seeing if there was anything he could assist with to get the chain moving & the sale progressed (which we really appreciated). We are planning on selling another property before the end of the year & will certainly be calling on Ed & the Gilbert Rose team to deliver for us again. GoogleThe best estate agents we've ever had! We are renters. All the staff are really professional and kind. Kaylie Sayer showed us round the flat we are in now and she was so nice and personable, she was knowledgeable about the property and was very prompt when we decided we wanted to go ahead with the flat, couldn’t have been more attentive. We now have Benjamin Lawrence who comes round to do our inspections, and he is so lovely! We always have plenty of notice with the inspections, he is so polite and considerate of the fact that it’s our home (even though we rent). He’s also great at helping us with any queries and planning the few repairs we’ve had to organise. Also we were really pleased with our little welcome box we got when we moved in, a few little treats like hot choc sachets and business leaflets from around the area. :)

Ben&kaylie we’re so helpful when we moved and made sure our move was a quick and easy! There very quick at responding to maintenance reports, questions and advice needed along with Yvette And Megan keeping us updated with any change on circumstances and making sure that we are getting the best service from the agency! The whole team in general are top quality x

GoogleExcellent service from beginning to end. From the initial interview with Alfie Hall through to the progressor on completion we have had a superb experience. The professionalism shown all the way through what has been a challenging process was superb. From the selling agent Jody Loveday, who’s enthusiasm for our property attracted multiple buyers, and the photographer and video team that produced great photos and a video, to the progressor Michelle Birrel who did a superb job keeping all parties both in the loop and the solicitors on their toes. We went for the top package that Gilbert and Rose offer, and although it was an expensive option, we have no doubt that in this volatile market it was the correct decision. Both myself and my wife want to thank all those involved with our sale from the bottom of our hearts. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Gilbert and Rose to anyone selling their property.
