GoogleGenuinely went above and beyond to help us with our move. Replied to emails and messages straight away and always went out of her way to help and answer questions. Very kind and helpful and showed care for their clients (Claire was our sales progressor and we dealt with Dan originally).

GoogleWe bought our first property through Gilbert & Rose. I can honestly say they were so helpful, kind and really pushed for the sale to go through smoothly and as quick as possible. Charlene dealt with our purchase and I would highly recommend her. She paid attention to all details, really helped us when we were unsure of things and was so nice and lovely. Overall, very happy with the services they provided.

GoogleWe’ve just sold and purchased through Gilbert and Rose on a very complicated chain and without the support and guidance from the team we wouldn’t have been able to get through it. From the moment we sold our property and found our new home we were passed onto Claire who I can’t fault. She answered all of our questions quickly and professionally and helped make a very stressful situation much more bearable.

GoogleI have been with Gibert & Rose for about 2years now, with their lettings, and their sevice is so awsome, their SPM - Benjamin, responds to your emails prompt and ensures he resolves all issues. If you are looking for a home where you are not at the mercy of the landlord and you need an agent that would be fair to both parties, then I recommend them 100%.

The agent that showed us the property, Lewis H, was very knowledge about the property and area with being pushy. He supported us with making an offer and communication was great. Karen in the sales progression team kept in regular contact with us throughout the process and was very supportive and professional. Nothing feels like too much trouble and the constant updates and communication from them have made the process of purchasing our new house so much easier. Talking to Perry most days actually felt like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted the best outcome for us and we’re so grateful for all the hard work he put into helping us get our dream home.
