GoogleBeing a first time buyer I couldn’t of asked for anyone better to help us through the process with understanding and helping when it came to putting an offer in. I would recommend Jody to anyone when it comes to negotiating and in general with helping throughout. Takes all the stress away from buying your first house.

GoogleI bought my property through Gilbert & Rose and sold through another agency but wish I had sold through them too! I had a very pleasant experience with G&R. Very professional and hardworking throughout the whole process and I can’t recommend them enough. I dealt with Karen, Josh & Spencer who all delivered excellent customer service.

GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Sam and team very professional and friendly. We had various problems along the way but Sam took the worry off our shoulders with his positive attitude and ultimately successful sale. In my opinion they're the best!

GoogleHarassing phone calls for over 5 months. I am deaf so requested them to remove my data stored and no phone calls, they call me multiple times a day, at any time, across multiple months. It's ridiculous. I've used the WhatsApp number to let them know. I've answered despite being deaf and told them and then hung up (obviously unable to hear their response). But as a deaf woman, being harassed by this company after removing consent to hold my data is beyond insane. Photos only from January and with many removed as it was making me depressed.

GoogleMy experience was an emotional rollercoster, loosing my late partner suddenly and having life changing consequences. It was very sad to make the decision to sell our 1st home..but I have to say GILBERT and ROSE came and were very considerant with myself talking me through the steps to take. ALFIE came first to see the property and assured me that they were there for every step . The property had great attention and sold within the period they aspected it to sell. Through the selling the process I have to say KAREN SUMMERS was and absolutely was the best ever..Karen met up with me several times to go through things I didn't understand and assured me throughout.. Everytime contacting me every step of the way. Phone calls, emails even having contact with my solicitor also on her time away from work..exemptional service from herself .GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. GILBERT AND ROSE you have a dismond there. Hope ypu appreciate her. Regards Nia.

GoogleMy recently renovated flat with sea views was marketed through Gilbert and Rose. After failing to come out and value my property they started marketing it on the usual platforms and managed 1 viewing in 3 months and I had to chase them 4 times to even get the 1 booked in. Despite numerous broken promises from senior management that they would turn things around they never did manage to get another buyer through the door. Don't waste your energy there are plenty of diligent agencies in the area that bother to take the time to visit and value properties... In addition, there is a lot of paperwork to fill in when you appoint G&R then they call you and text you asking all the same questions about your property that you answered in their online portal when you appointed them. I am sure to have grown the business to this point the team did a great job at one point, but their sales team as of Spring 2024 have not been able to provide even a basic level of customer service.

GoogleRyan and Ed sold have sold 2 for me now over the past two years and have just sold my third and every time I use them it’s second to none. The only agent who values sensibly and I can always get a straight answer out of them when I need advice. I’ll never use anyone else

GoogleG&R provide the very latest tech to their online presence in selling a property. Drone footage and a 3D map of the house. Jamie has kept me in touch throughout the process, and his advice thus far has helped provide several viewings, and swift feedback too from each one.

GoogleWe had a very lengthy process when it came to selling our house & buying somewhere new, but we were extremely well by everyone at G&R to get the sale over the line. After a ropey start with a few individual agents, Ed Johns & Ross Rawlings truly made up for what we initially dealt with. A big thanks also to Megan Oliver & Tara Hook for all the viewings!

Presley Hedges in particular has been extremely attentive and helpful. I’ve trusted that he will give me a clear and concise idea of any property. GoogleThank you G&R for taking care of me throughout the house purchase. Right from the start I was taken care of all the way until completion. Tara showed me around the property with Charlene taking care of things once the sale was agreed. A big thank you to both, you made it very easy answering any questions and liaising between all parties to get the sale over the line. Thank you for the little house welcoming gift as well, I wasn't expecting that. I would definitely recommend G&R to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleWe moved to G&R to rent out our properties as the service and knowledge from Sarah King, their Lettings Manager whom we knew from previous experience is excellent and we were somewhat tired of the previous agent. G&R have been doing an outstanding job since we moved to them in Mar '22 in: finding good tenants, managing rent collection, regular maintenance reviews, negotiations, and attending to both tenant and landlord requests re repairs, good communications, etc.. The vast majority of our day to day experiences have been with Benjamin Lawrence who is excellent and we thank him for that. We would also like to thank all others in Sarah's team, who have also done a great job. We highly recommend G&R to look after your rental portfolio.
