I wanted to arrange a viewing on a residential property listed with this company and as we do not live locally I try to arrange several viewings in one day which is proving impossible with this company. In spite of phoning several times over 3 hours no one even answers the phone, just music playing. I’ve now given up, if they’re this unprofessional at this simple task I can only imagine how bad they’d be if we wanted to proceed with a purchase. I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell a property through them.

From Spencer coming to quote to all the guys doing the viewings they kept me informed at every stage phoning after every appointment to give me feedback.
I was especially grateful to Karen in the sales progress team who kept me up to date with the solicitors and the buyers team to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as could be possible.

Everyone we spoke to could not have been more helpful, in particular when our initial sale fell through and we had to act quickly in order to not lose our onward property. The house was resold within 4 days and it was all down to the team re advertising it so promptly.
A HUGE thank you must be given to Claire in the After Sales team. We had some very stressful months and without Claire I think we would have gone crazy. She was so professional and dealt with everything and everyone, coordinating the impossible, so we are extremely grateful!
