They have helped in maintenance of my property prior to even I joined them. I am pleased that this reliable, professionals, Gilbert and Rose estate agent, will take care of maintenance etc of property from 1st March 2024. I would highly recommend their efficient services.

I was approached online using Facebook messenger by someone that worked for an agency I'd used before to sell other family members homes that now works for Gilbert & Rose. They asked if they could help sell my parents property, I explained that they had accepted an offer but as the buyers hadn't sold theirs it was staying on the market as a precautionary measure and that they were happy and wanted to stay solely with the agent they were with. Nearly a week later and as I said having told this person they didn't want to use them a note was put through their door asking if they could help sell the house. My parents are elderly and easily confused due to dementia adding to what is already stressful time, I feel as though this action by Gilbert & Rose is just praying on the elderly and is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would avoid using this company at all costs... IF i COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD

GoogleA huge thank you to Ed and Karen at Gilbert & Rose for their help in getting my property sold and finally contract exchange. Ed was very good in getting us a good deal and always there to answer any questions no matter time and day. Karen at the Sales progression is also excellent in getting involved between the agents and solicitors not only from our buyer and also helping on our onwards purchase. Communication are vital and they are brilliant, via phone, email and messaging. I don't think all this is going to happen without Ed and Karen help throughout. Excellent job guys. Me and my family really appreciate what you have done for us. Great team work and highly recommended.

GoogleI have recently made enquiries with Gilbert and Rose regarding purchasing a property. Whilst the purchase was not made through them in the end, I did view properties through Gilbert and Rose. I found their team to be young vibriant and hard working with a special mention for Luca, Megan and Presley who were each fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.

GoogleBenjamin Stevenson this guy was a class act, His the gift that just keeps on giving and I wouldn’t want anyone else to sell my property. He was the one to get it over the line when others couldn't - Bravo 👏🏼 Charlene Franklin, she’s a gem. Went above and beyond to help us through to completion (she even offered her bed to my heavily pregnant wife) it was a long process but these two made it as easy as it could be Gilbert and Rose have been a dream and I couldn’t recommend them enough

GoogleThe team at Gilbert and Rose were fantastic from start to finish. We viewed our first property with Ed John’s and although it wasn’t for us he made us feel comfortable and was very supportive in helping us find our next home. He was also superb when it came to our sell, working his magic and getting us 3 very good offers and ultimately the perfect buyers for our property. Once the sale was in place Michelle Birrell guided us through the legalities of the purchase and sale. Ever supportive, she was extremely understanding of our needs and our lack of experience and really helped remove the stress throughout. From our experience I have no doubt that the rest of the Gilbert and Rose team are just the same. Great equality professionals and lovely people.
