GoogleBeen a pleasure using Connells, couldn’t have faulted them on anything they have been amazing. Brandon was our mortgage advisor and he helped us with everything and always kept us updated through out even while we had to get everything done a lot faster than normal. GoogleThe sales team are a-m-a-z-I-n-g. We were originally on the market with another agent and didn’t get many viewings. In fairness it has been a quiet year with Brexit looming. We added Connells as an additional agent. Viewings were much more forthcoming with them. Our buyers didn’t even go in to ask about our property but were offered a viewing and the rest is history. Great sales work ladies.

GoogleI found the communication with the sales agents did not live up to what was promised on the initial meeting to put my property up for sale. I did feel the fees to be very expensive for the service provided especially when it felt like I had to do all the phoning and chasing to find out what was happening. On several occasions when I called the sales agent was unavailable/busy, so a message to request a call back when free was left, the call back was not received so had to call back myself. In a nutshell a lot of promises made but never fulfilled and lack of communication. Would not use Connells again...!!NegativeValue

I am more than happy with the service I have received and the efficient way my Conveyancing is being processed by their in-house solicitors It could have been sorted a bit quicker if I wasn’t so slow at sending information back to them, but this obviously isn’t down to them I recommend this Estate Agency highly
