Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Previously, we had attempted to sell the house with an independent agent and after nine months it had still not sold so we turned to Connells. Ellie viewed the property and could not believe it hadn't sold and within just a few weeks there were two buyers wishing to purchase it. Just a few months later the sale was completed. This was in a calm and seemless way unlike the previous agents manner. Thanks to Nicola, Ellie and all the team for their professionalism and restoring our faith in the process.

Really helpful in getting updates and expediting the chain. This is our second time using them and they clearly know what they are doing. All the staff are very friendly, Nicola went above and beyond to make sure the sales went through, she clearly has good experience and knows what she's doing.
