GoogleI have recently started a tenancy with Connells, where Joe Riley dealt with my application. I’ve rented before many a times, and this application was the smoothest and fastest. Joe kept me informed with each step and helped me with my queries. He’s very friendly and professional too. Thanks for your help 😊

GoogleWith tenants moving out, I contacted Joe Riley to market the property. Within a week he had arranged for eight viewings and I had three offers at the full market price. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service and attention to detail given to ensure that everything went well.

GoogleHad the best experience with Connells, when I was looking for a new home I was extremely fussy in what I wanted and the money I was willing to spend, I spoke with Nicola Pitcher for some length to find a home that met my needs/wants, Nicola found a property that had everything I wanted and within my price range, it was a different property with different angles that I was unsure off, however I did agree to have a look, Nicola always said I bet you will like it once you see it, and oh my was she right. As soon as I saw the property I immediately fell in love and new this was the home for my family and myself, the whole process from start to finish was a easy and stress free move, Nicola and Connells kept me updated at all times , I love my home and I would never of even looked at the house if Nicola didn’t suggest it to me! I highly recommend Connells as nicola especially, didn’t send me properties that matched one or two of my needs but searched and found the whole package including location. Extremely friendly and approachable and dealt with all my questions, Thankyou for finding my dream home!!

FacebookUtterly dire Disgrace to the profession and not untypical Rude and unhelpful staff only interested in their own agenda Register details to try and arrange a viewing as they didn’t answer the phone No response after a few days of waiting finally managed to get through on the phone Select one for sales, get put through to letting Rude girl just wanting to pass the buck Finally get through to Jake doesn’t listen to what’s being said to him tries to re-register me despite telling him I’ve already done it only interested in interrogating me for the information that he wants Abysmal customer service When finally getting to listen to the question being asked and make him understand that I’ve already registered and I’m trying to arrange a viewing get told the house is already Have an offer accepted on it two days prior Has to be possibly the last company in the world you would want to represent you to sell your house

GoogleWe called Connells to discuss one of the properties they had available and to arrange a viewing. We were advised that the market was moving quite quickly and that if we did like the property that having a value on our current property would help us to be in a position to move should the viewing go well. Certainly sensible and this didn't feel pushy. Molly arranged a time to visit us to measure up and put a market appraisal on our property and was very confident and helpful covering the 99 questions I had about the process of moving!! The valuation hit all the right numbers that we had hoped it would, but certainly higher than we genuinely expected as we had been watching sale prices for months - not masses, but 5-10k higher even at the lowest suggestion. Viewing the potential property went fine. While not at all for us, inline with the value suggested for our property, we felt like the market was being pushed upwards. We still get updates by email from Connells but at the moment we aren't planning anything else. But based on the perfectly pleasant, professional and helpful staff we wouldn't hesitate to call them should our situation change. Many thanks.
