GoogleI recently moved house and my representative was Joe Riley, he was so efficient and professional and above all kind and understanding about the urgency of my situation. He made every effort to ensure the transaction went without a hitch, and as stress free as could be. I Couldn’t have been happier with service provided by Connells. They also provide a home move website which assist setting up all of your bills and council tax etc, using that made the process so smooth and uncomplicated. GoogleConnells was my choice of Estate Agent not for being the cheapest which it wasn't but for being professional and very user friendly. They quickly found me a sound buyer and although the process hasn't been as I wanted up the chain Connells have kept the process of my sale on a very even keel.If you want a professional as it says on the tin agent use Connells. I was impressed with the service from my first contact with them.

GoogleFound the staff really amazing and really friendly. Received great explanations in regards purchasing a property and following the correct procedures to go through. They showed me a good amount of different properties withing my budget. Had a brilliant mortgage adviser and explanations where clear and easy to understand. Fees and prices are fair. The overall process went smooth and generally kept me up to date. Brilliant work Georgina and Harriet Nicola thank you very much to finding me a house called HOME SWEET HOME. GoogleI bought my last property through connells in 1995 so it was to them I turned when sellng the property some 25 years later. They arranged a number of viewings, 5 or 6 and the house was sold for near enough the valuation within a relatively short period of time. A very professional team. Thanks again.

GoogleI'll be fair the lady on the phone was polite and professional however this company advertise properties that are not actually available and just try to gather your information to market you. All I wanted is to view a property advertised only to be told they had no idea when the property would be available and I'll have to be on a waiting list... Pointless.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleBrandon has recently helped us with an early remortgage and was by far the best mortgage advisor we’ve spoken to! He talked through different options, as well as options for life insurance and helped us find what was best for us. We will definitely use Brandon again for future mortgage services.
