GoogleAs a first time buyer with no idea how to go about the process of buying I can say that all the team at WHBrown Leicester were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We hit a few hiccups along the way (none anything to do with WHBrown) but the team were amazing and reassuring throughout. They simplified the process for me and kept in constant contact. Very impressed with the service.

GoogleI can not recommend them enough. The whole team work amazingly well together, answering questions and knowing all their properties and not just the ones they are assigned too. After selling our house in early January and having huge problems with the property we were purchasing ( which eventually fell through) Robert and the team helped us through a new purchase even though it was not being sold by them. They were our rock, answering questions and chasing solicitors on all parties, giving advice and help through out the process, including on the day of completion, with regular texts and updates. GoogleWorst experience ever. Unfortunately, there is no 0 stars rating!!!! I could write an even longer list but I limit myself to the most annoying things (this is only after 2 months). - Poor customer service at the Leicester office. - Blocked fire door for more than a month, and they got it fixed after calling local authorities and a fire officer. - No bin store for over a month, and we (all tenants in the building) were advised to leave our rubbish in a closed room within the building... you can draw conclusion about the hygiene). - I rented a place after being told that there was a working phone line in the building. I clearly asked more than once as I work from home using internet. This was not the case I had to wait more than one month to get a phone and internet working, of course a month of complaining every 2/3 days. No reimbursement at all for that. - 2 months into this property and I still do not have access to my electric meter. It seems a privilege to take care of your own bills. - I have been given to set up a wall mounted mirror in the toilette, and denied to put two screws on in the living room. This does not make any sense.... PS, I've read on facebook that many other tenants had many issues with deposit. I don't know why I don't have access to comments in their facebook page, but be aware of that. It might be a nightmare to get yhour deposit back. In all this, one only positive note, Sarah Hollands is the only person you can talk to. Even though some decisions are not in her power she would do anything to help you. Which is something I cannot say about Neeley Turrell at all. #stayaway #worstagencyever #donotrecommend #donotrentfromthem #bad #worst #0stars

GoogleAlthough my experience has not been associated with their professionalism in sales or Lettings, I found myself in a situation where my van had broken down in a busy road. Within 5 minutes of being there a nice gentleman called Krishan stopped and offered his help and gave me his business card if I needed anything from him. A kind gesture like this goes a long way and if I was to ever need assistance with buying or renting a property, Krishan is the kind of person I would trust with that.

GoogleI highly recommend William H Brown, Leicester to buy or sell a house with. I'm doing both and the service is absolutely Excellent. The staff are amazing and super helpful. The manager Rob Anderson leads a great professional team and the staff go out of their way to be really helpful. All questions are answered quickly. Jordan is a great asset to the team and has been extremely helpful. I can also recommend Geeta who is part of the Sequence group for mortgages, life insurance etc. She has found me a great mortgage and competitive life policies and has put everything in place so that I dont have to do anything at all. The team all work together and will handle everything for you no matter what comes up its always sorted quickly and professionally. Rob and Jordan gone above and beyond in helping me from start to finish. On moving day everything went smoothly with immediate communication from the agents there were no problems at all. I would certainly use William H Brown again because of the excellent service that I have received. I highly recommend them to others. Thank You for all your help

A special mention has to go to Joe at the branch who went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion! What a credit to an industry which doesn't always get the best reputation. GoogleI dealt with RobertAnderson at the halford office in Leicester and I have never met someone who was so determined and committed and worked so hard to achieve a positive end result. His staff and Robert were always there to deal with any apprehension that I had and was always there to deal with any doubts the buyer had it was a difficult property but still managed to achieve the market value indefinitely will be going back for futuresales

I am pleased with all the service and professional advice given from start to finish. From prior to making an offer, sorting my PIA to completion. I honestly dont think I would have got my home without the hard work of Gheeta. The moment my offer had got excepted, on that Saturday she had stayed up to 8:30 of her personal time to submit the application for it to be ready for the following week. The whole transaction had been prompt and done swiftly. If you have a busy lifestyle and would like to take off the work load of purchasing the house, I would recommend the service and let the professionals take all the work load off your shoulders. Gheeta comes across very kind, informative,cheerful,friendly and gives you the confidence throughout the whole process going above and beyond making sure everything runs swiftly. Everything is explained from start to finish. I preferred everything face to face and was done at appointment. I had bad experience from previous brokers where my mortgage lenders kept changing from one to another and lost out some money . Gheeta took my needs into concideration and gave me the best lenders according to my needs in the first instant. I really appreciate with the work. I couldn't thank gheeta enough. GoogleHaving just been through the most horrendous, problem ridden house sale that even Rob Anderson, the branch manager at William H. Brown Estate Agent in Halford Street. Leicester, has ever experienced I have nothing but the highest praise for the way he handled the whole chain, which was only five houses! Dithering purchasers, problems with building over a drain, where Severn Trent wanted three weeks to sign off the inspection, non-submission of a septic tank report, the list is endless. In every case Rob patiently (most of the time!) negotiated with Severn Trent, building societies, solicitors, vendors, purchasers, anyone to smooth and hurry the completion. I am quite sure that if the UK government sent him to the Middle East he could negotiate a cease fire and lasting peace between Israel and the Palestinians! Where most estate agents are, at best, aloof and disinterested Rob went well over and above his remit to sort out every problem and pitfall calmly and efficiently. A truly excellent job, a credit to his profession and employers and we will be eternally grateful.

Victoria was the lady that helped with the sale , loverly lady , nothing to much trouble , easy to talk to , would answer any questions with ease , if I spoke to anyone else they were also very helpful.. GoogleFantastic service. My property was sold subject to contract less than one week after it was listed with photos. I decided to choose the professional photo package which really made my property come to life and made it stand out above similar properties online. Victoria was superb in her sale price negotiations and even more so when keeping the chain moving forwards but most importantly happy to ensure successful exchange and completion. Highly Recommended!
