From Robert Stone’s initial visit and valuation it was just five and a half weeks to the fall of hammer, which initially made me a little apprehensive. However the advice, communication and support I received throughout the process was amazing and so much appreciated. The SDL ladies were there at every step of the process to help and guide me and the friendliness and professionalism of the whole operation shone through. Auction day was amazing, so professional and again everyone from SDL was so friendly. The result was brilliant. I am so pleased I followed Robert’s advice throughout.Highly recommended.Peter White.

SDL were solicitous, polite and accessible. However, the whole transaction has frozen: we and our solicitor are still waiting for the purchaser to proceed, and to this date no money has changed hands. Can SDL and, if so, will SDL do anything to assist us?
