We opted for on line auction, the gent that came out to see us was very pleasant.However..... if you are happy to work with an estate agent who puts false bids on your property and does not reply to emails these are the ones for you.SDL thank you for your reply, but after the unprofessional poor service from you there is no more to discuss.

Great staff to deal with from initial contact with Jim and Martin through to Sam and the after auction team. Very professional. Slight technical hitch on the day of the auction made things more difficult but they handled it well and got a good result in the end. If anyone wants an efficient sale it is a great option.

They successfully sold our property, which was great, however their buyers fees are high so we had to reduce the selling price. I would recommend selling through SDL, but make sure you know exactly what type of selling method you are selecting and allow costs for the " Auction pack" and extra solicitors fees for selling this way.
