We had my 90 year old deceased Mothers house valued at £110,000.It sold for £140,500 and we had our money in the bank within the month. The only fees we had were the legal pack. I thought it was too good to be true when we signed up, but it was totally true. Despite Covid-19 it was fairly seamless with the help of the internet and email.
