Oliver Rayns Leicester reviews

Fantastic, local estate for South Leicester. We were looking for an estate agent to sell our period property in Stoneygate. Oliver Rayns undercut rivals in the area yet offered a very professional service. Their staff undertook accompanied viewings and demonstrated considerable knowledge of the area and property. Once offers were received the negotiatier took on the next phase with the utmost diplomacy to maximise a price that we could accept. Cannot rate them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

BEWARE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THESE !!! They secured a tenant and took a deposit. The tenancy was not taken up . They kept the money and then told me they never received the money. Apparently it was a "miscommunication" The next tenant-they got all the figures wrong and underpaid me. They keep promising payment but no money. Now taking them to court to recover my money. Also been in touch with trading standards. BEWARE OF THESE AGENTS !!

I am sitting at Oliver Rayns currently 5.10 pm Tuesday 16 oct we were supposed to move into a property Monday 15 they took our money on Saturday the 13 which has delayed till Wednesday not even 24 hours before they change the terms which now we don't agree with and the owner Oliver has the audacity to lie and say business banking doesn't work after 4pm yet even the banks are open after 4pm. DONT RENT FROM THESE LIARS.

We had our property valued by Oliver Raynes and Oliver came around to do this. We found Oliver to be a real honest, and a likeable man. Also speaking to Jasmin Ruparelia in their office is always a pleasure. She has a real lovely manner and always friendly and helpful when we call. A real pleasure to talk too. My dealings with the staff and the products they offer are fantastic!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I highly recommend this agent. Their homepage states "We're all different. Buy, sell or rent a house with people who understand that," and this philosophy really drives their action and results in a true commitment to the client. I was coming from abroad, and needed to rent a house in Leicester. I visited several agents in the city. However, they were only interested in filling up my data in their database, and eventually inundated my mail with adverts. None of them offered the personalised service I found at Oliver Rayns. The evident experience of the personnel was essential in providing great service. Their true commitment in understanding my needs matched with their exceptional knowledge of the city, and made the difference when finding the best home. In a few words, they took care of me.

Fed up with constant sales letters trying to buy our property. ( on behalf of a property developer). I have left messages asking for my address to be removed from their system, but they STILL keep sending letters. Oliver Rayns Please read this review and let brogan know that I am not interested. Professional, responsive and respectful

Whilst we did not end up buying through Oliver Rayns in the end I wanted to write and say how impressed I have been with their service of showing and general responsiveness during COVID. I have found their staff polite, measured and professional which is not something always present in this sector. I know who I will be calling first when it is time to sell in this area. Thank you
