I cannot recommend Oliver Ryans Estate Agents highly enough for selling my home. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, seamless, and genuinely reassuring during what can be one of the most stressful times in life. The team’s communication was outstanding. The feedback after viewings was always clear, detailed, and timely, which allowed me to react quickly and make informed decisions. I never felt left in the dark, I always knew exactly where things stood. Jasmine, Kishan, and Brogan were exceptional. I cannot recommend Oliver Rayns highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. A huge shout-out to Jasmin, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She is responsive, supportive, and ensures that nothing is ever dropped. From day one, Jasmin kept me fully informed, managed everything in a timely manner, and went above and beyond with the marketing. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and she supported me every step of the way. Thank you also to Kish for taking the photographs, they did absolute justice to my home. The quality of the images was outstanding and really showcased the property at its best. The speed and efficiency were remarkable. I contacted them on a Saturday, and by Tuesday the EPC and floor plan were completed. By Wednesday, the photos were taken, the house was on the market, and within just 10 minutes of it going live, it looked stunning. I already had three viewings booked almost immediately, and by the next morning, I had an offer. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly well managed. Having worked with other estate agents in the past who simply didn’t deliver the same level of service, the difference here was night and day. The cost is absolutely justified, the service feels exclusive, personalised, and genuinely premium. I am so grateful to the whole team and especially Jasmin, and I can confidently say that any property I sell in the future will go through Oliver Rayns. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Over the years, I've had dealings with many estate agents across living with family and moving several times on my own. Oliver Rayns has been the single example of the integrity an estate agent should have. My dealing with Oliver Rayns: they have managed my rental term in a Clarendon Park house from June 2024 to December 2025, 18 months. I have had the great pleasure of having my tenancy managed by Alec, who has now left, and then Brogan for the last 8-9 months, and both of them have been excellent. It was not always a smooth tenancy for us due to several factors, but between us and Oliver Rayns as management, we could not have asked for better agents. In the first 2 weeks after properly moving in, we faced some flooding inside the property due to no weather protection at the front and back doors. Landlord received a quote but had not responded for the next few weeks. After this, Alec/Oliver Rayns team took the initiative to send contractors out despite the decision from the landlord and fix the issue. After the work was completed, we never faced any further issues with rain. I want to give notable recognition to the excellent management we've also had from Brogan. Our landlord wanted to sell the house from June 2025 and therefore we were stuck in a sticky situation for quite a few months, but despite all of this, Brogan was patient and understanding with our situation and showed great empathy and gave us advice where needed. She also kept the landlord updated and at ease throughout. This kind of support is greatly appreciated at a time where there's lots of pressure on us and little control over our situation, and out of several family house purchases and 3 tenancies with different estate agents I've been involved in, I've never known of any other estate agent that has excelled in the manner of dealing with tenants like Brogan and the O.R. team have. At the end of our tenancy, the closure went very smoothly and we have recently had notice that our full deposit will be returned without any dispute, which is also a first from the 3 tenancies I have previously been involved in. Thank you Brogan and team for all your assistance, it was an absolute pleasure renting with an Oliver Rayns property, and I wish everyone all the best!

Thank you to Oliver Rayns for the help selling our house! Super efficient and great communication from start to finish. We managed to hit our very tight moving deadline and they helped make the process super smooth! Lovely team of people who also made viewings super easy and gave us plenty of notice - would definitely recommend! Feedback was also quick and thorough, so we were always on the same page. The photos they took of our property were so lovely (I’ve actually kept them as a keepsake haha!) which helped get as many views as possible. Jasmin was also super helpful in providing us different options and tips to help push our sale forward, as we were up against it with time. Specifically Jasmine👌and Kish👌from the initial valuation visit, then the viewings all the way through to completion both had demonstrated continuous professionalism, patience and resilience and our sale had its fair share of variances and challenges and the duo were there to iron them out. During our search we had a few agents visit us for consideration and although they all had credibly illustrated their statistics and achievements etc, Jasmines level of local property knowledge, energy and promise of ‘active focus’ through every stage of the process was very reassuring. We had quite a ride selling our property at no fault of our Estate Agent. Despite not buying our house through O.R, I cannot express the level of service given by their representative Phillip North. Where most estate agents nowadays don’t even show up to viewings, Mr. North arrived early with printed documents to share on the property in addition to his business card and took us through the property in question with professionalism and eloquence. He was able to answer every question we could think of and even thoroughly detailed the process should we move forward and assured us he would support from end to end. Just sold our house with Oliver Rayns 6 days ago. Within 10 days we had lots of viewings. The agency works so hard to put your house on the market. House selling is something else but staff at Oliver Rayns made life a lot easier. Especially Charlotte, she’s so professional, always on time, shows up with lots of smiles, polite and treats the house with so much dignity. She’s particular about ensuring that the viewers , including herself keeps the house tidy and remove foot wear whenever necessary. She also ensures everyone has left the property and surrounding areas before she leaves. I would give her 10 stars . Elizabeth from the post sales team is also brilliant.
