DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! The people who work there are not good people at all! In very very short...I had a cockroach infestation in my flat because of my neighbours being unclean and the building structure (lots of cracks, built improperly). Oliver Rayns was unbothered to help, LIED about the infestation not happening in previous years. I called environmental health and they said it is unhealthy to live there. However, Oliver rayns still wanted me to pay rent and said that 'it is my choice to leave if I want'. What?! Countless calls and emails did not help for them to understand that I should not be Eating and Sleeping with THOUSANDS of cockroaches in the twenty first century because they did not fix the flat to living standards and turned a blind eye when the infestation spread. Yes. Thousands have been confirmed by the pest control service. Who, by the way, wrote to Oliver that they HAVE to do something twice, but they did not. Devilish people work there. I had to move out and consequently pay double rent. Now they are not answering my calls. What a surprise... They caused me a huge amount of psychological pain and health issues. It has been couple of months now but I am still recovering financially and mentally. (I should add here that I am just a student working only part-time and them being aware of my personal situation combined with the pest infestation caused mostly by their ignorance is just horrific. ) And this ALL for monthly money income. No moral person with a pure heart working there...

We’ve recently purchased our very first property through Oliver Ryan’s, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property search was a difficult and stressful time for us. We visited multiple estate agents, many of whom, unfortunately, were not helpful at all. Then my wife suggested we pop into Oliver Ryan’s on Queens Road, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in and met Jasmine and Kishan, it felt like a blessing from God. As a buyer of a flat being advertised with Oliver Rayn's, we received fantastic service from Elizabeth Overton. We put our property on sale with this company in August 2020, sold the property in February 2021 and finally moved into our new house in August 2021. This company was not at all to blame for the length of time between sale and moving. Much of the contact we had was through Charlotte Copeland whom we found friendly, professional and efficient and , if we were ever daft enough to move house again, would have no issues working with her. We did have a number of issues with the company, which led to the three stars. The first of these was having put the property on the market at the price recommended by the company, the first contact after a week was to recommend a price reduction despite our making it clear we were not after a quick sale. Secondly, whilst we are sympathetic to the problems of selling a house during the pandemic, we would contact the company and ask to talk to an individual who we had been told had a particular role only to discover that this person's role had changed or they had left the company. We do not have an issue with such changes, but it would have been helpful to have been informed of any such changes. Thirdly, if Charlotte was not available, her colleagues were usually unable to provide information regarding how the sale was progressing. This was not the case with the estate agents dealing with the house we were purchasing. We also preferred the weekly phone call from this estate agent keeping us up to date with progress at their end as well as asking us what was happening with our sale. We preferred the proactive attitude of this other estate agent rather than the seemingly reactive approach of Oliver Rayns. In fact, we had intended to take our business elsewhere the week following our first viewing which led to the sale.

The sale of my house had a litany of problems over which the staff at Oliver Rayns were extremely helpful and sympathetic. Twice buyers pulled out at the very last minute but the agents immediately re-marketed the property gaining many viewings and some offers. They were regularly in touch with information and direction. There were no delays from them at any stage of the process and when other agencies were slow to act they chased them up.
