Absolute ripoff merchants. Demanded a 'holding deposit' before I was allowed to view the flat then waited 2 days for referencing only to be told denied and were keeping the holding deposit (even though that's illegal practise now) refused to return it no explanation. If I could give zero stars I would. Kindly avoid!
