Asim attended to value my property and was clearly very knowledgeable and had undertaken plenty of research to show me how he would arrive at a value. He was better prepared than the other estate agents that I had to value the house. Had such above and beyond support from Sara and Amy at Keywest recently. Upon ending my tenancy, I accidentally ordered a parcel to the old address! I contacted Sara and Amy and between them they managed to get a hold of my parcel and even return it. I was extremely impressed by this service and the ease of contacting them both. The 1 star reveiws says it all. Tried charging me twice for a guarantor fee of *£50* ! How can a letting not keep track of their own billing records? They strive at overcharging students with nothing but loans. Sad thing is that they have plenty of properties signed with them, making choice very hard. I URGE landlords to sign to a different agency , they just aren't organised at all! Summary : -rude staff -risk of overcharge - unorganized - ect HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL

I lived at raymond road, Leicester that was through Keywest. At first they seem very friendly and helpful but as soon as you've sign that agreement that's where it ends. Our oven broke after one month of moving in and it took them over two months to finally replace it after multiple call phones. Then during february time (Cold time of the year) our heating stopped working and after multiple calls they never fixed it and we had to take it on ourselves to repair it, fortunity it was an easy fix in the end. Then around april the gas hobs stopped igniting gas and again after multiple phone calls they never came to fix it and for the rest of our stay we had to use matches to ignite the hob and the female (Paige) on the phone from keywest suggested doing that instead (which is a dangerous thing to do), never was fixed!! and to top it off the absolute cheek, was to claim £370 of damages/repair and cleaning out of our deposit, the majority of the damages/repairs claimed were already existing when we moved in. Overall keywest don't care about you as an individual all they see as is a payday for them $$, I'd recommend going elsewhere or better yet going private.

We rented a property with Keywest for 2 years. Last christmas, our boiler broke so we reported it to them. After 2 and a half months the boiler was still broken, even though they were "fixing it next week" or "On saturday". By this point we thought enough was enough and moved out. We moved out early as they had people interested in the flat. They then contacted us on 3 separate occasions to ask for the keys, which we handed to them in person. It seems that communication is at a minimum and I would be very reluctant to go with them again!

After being a tenant at a property in Leicester through keywest we had a number of issues at the property. Keywest was slow at starting the procedure for the maintenance team to respond by repairing. Emails took literal weeks to be responded to. When it comes to the deposit being refunded they withheld funds of £100.00 for cleaning when the whole house was in the same condition (very poor) as when we took tenancy. We have felt bullied to do nothing else other than to accept the charges as it has been told to us we could be waiting up to 2 months until we get a decision on the charges, and even then, Felix (property maintenance assistant) reassured me that our rejection would be dismissed. Keywest ant any point, failed to show any care or concern to any of the tennants for the duration of the contract. Providing what they said was a new sofa which was second hand, one of the legs is broken which was reported, still broken to this day. Don’t touch keywest. You’ll have a big problem with getting things done if anything at all goes wrong in your property.

They attempted to sell my house. And after successfully getting me several offers which were all greatly below our asking price (possibly over valued it? ) (for this reason I am giving them 2stars) So instead we decided to rent it . Well that was a disaster.. After telling me they had a tenant waiting who had passed all the references and checks. I then get a call asking about access for a viewing. "I thought we had a tenant lined up? !" but the tenant had cancelled and they had not bothered to tell me. Then when I decided to look online I found it had never been put online.. So three weeks its stood empty costing money. A very poor service. Sadly can not recommend. Will not use again, which is a shame as my family had previously sold a house through them with only a few small issues. It seems there is a genuine lack of communication within the branch and the saying. The great comedy legend ROWAN ATKINSON once said a phrase that sums up my experience with this company "about as useful as a one legged man in a ar## kicking competion!"

These guys are incredible. Naturally a business is only as good as its employees and all I can say is they got all the right people at the right time. I had difficulty organising some of the documents needed to secure the house and the staff there were nothing but patient and supportive, doing their best at all times to ensure we got through the process successfully. It is possible to be nice and still be professional and Keywest is a testament to that. Would (and already have) recommend.

Our company has recently purchased a property through the Keywest Estate Agent sales team who are very friendly, knowledgable about the area, and Tony also kept us updated during the sales process. We have also had Keywest Lettings manage our student property for the last 2 years and the staff there are extremely efficient in dealing with both the lettings side of things and the maintenance issues that crop up. Once the newly acquired property is refurbished we will confidently pass it on to the Keywest Lettings team to manage.

UTTERLY SUPERB Highly recommend Keywest - in particular the staff on Hinckley Road. We had a whole disaster trying to get referencing sorted but they were always on hand, prompt replying to communications and I never had attitude from anyone (seeing as I was calling SO much and other estate agents did not like the bother). Such a fabulously personal service, individual and courteous. The house is stunning, and tailored to what we were looking for. I'm disappointed I didn't know to use them when I first moved to Leicester. As someone who works in student accommodation, if we cannot help students with what we have I have already suggested they go the Keywest, knowing they'll be looked after. I wont be moving away from their services for sometime. Highly recommend! Far superior to the other 3 estate agents I've used. I was stunned! Nothing was too much hassle and I have not been abandoned now we're in, they emailed and called to check in on us and see how things were. Phenomenal. USE KEYWEST!

If you're thinking of renting with Keywest, please don't. I promise you will regret it. They come across efficient & helpful in the beginning but as soon as you've signed the tenancy & paid up they couldn't careless. When we left our property we had a massive battle to get our deposit back & had to go down the dispute resolution route. Luckily for us we took photos of everything & kept all correspondence between us & them throughout our time in the property. In the end we got every penny back & rightly so. We had so many problems with them, I wouldn't even know where to begin. From someone that is now with an amazing letting agency, please believe me when I say to take the advice of every person that has written poor reviews as they are simply stating the truth. They seem to break every rule and get away with it & it's the tenants that suffer.

I recently left a property that I'd been renting through Keywest for 3 years. Every time I talked to them they were friendly and helpful and my issues were always sorted quickly. Moving into and out of the property was as easy as it could be, any communications being well timed and thorough. I definitely recommend renting through Keywest, they're so much better than the several other agencies I've dealt with in Leicester.
