GoogleAbsolute nightmare start to finish. This has been a horrible year housing wise, we had a student house that was so basic and kept needing fixing, key west didn’t want to know. The kitchen chairs were falling apart and the house was generally s**t. Please don’t go with key west they are shockingly bad and just wanting money and not to keep happy renters!! Can’t stress this enough

GoogleFriendly staff, got me moved in swift. Reason why I haven't given 5 stars is because i was told by Keywest the property is on a straight water meter (which it isn't), the property was dirty when I moved, they didn't give the landlord sufficient time to clean the property. Aside from this I'm happy with the house and my landlord is amazing

GoogleThis agency charges me £200 from my deposit for no reason when I left the property. Very nasty experience overall. Run by clowns. Stay far away.
EDIT - DPS have now ruled in our favour. Details below. Hello Muhammad We're sorry you've felt the need to change your previous positive review for us, based on the deposit claim. You left the property in a filthy condition, so the landlord has to pay to get it cleaned. If you wanted your full deposit returned, then you should have given the property back as it was given. The very serious and false allegation of racism will be dealt with privately, as it is defamation, and we will not tolerate you using it because you are upset about a deposit claim. **edit** We are glad the DPS have ruled and agreed with our claim and the following was found to be wrong in how you left the property • debris on floors, including food; • bits of rubbish strewn throughout the property; • dirty fireplace; • splatters on cupboard doors with stains and debris internally; • very grubby washing machine front with residue in its drawer; • soiled appliance recess; • heavy burnt on grease to hob rings; • grubby oven front with heavy burnt on grease internally; • greasy switches, sockets and tiling in the kitchen area; • very grubby and stained fridge freezer; • heavy limescale to bath screen and taps; • grubby extractor hood; • dust and hairs to sanitary ware; • watermarks and smears to mirrors; • dirt and debris in wardrobes; 5 • dirty streaks to window panes; • many cobwebs to ceilings; • dust and hairs to skirting; and • soiled toilet bowl.

Both myself and my friend have been clients of Keywest after leaving other agencies including Berkley's after being let down several times with poor management, poor tenants or just plain rudeness. GoogleI will never recommend anyone to go there. Their internal communications is very bad. They accepted my offer and I sorted my mortgage and solicitor then I had a call that someone else's offer has been accepted as my accepted offer wasn't updated on their system which wasn't my fault. I was really upset and angry. I spoke to branch manager. But no solution.....
