GoogleReally horrible service! I agreed to rent a property and after several e-mails and calls, they didn't have the decency to reply back or keep me in the loops. In the end I found out they carried out more viewings and rented it out to someone else! Absolutely terrible experience! Would never use or recommend again! Beware! What a waste of time!

GoogleJust moved into a Keywest managed property and while there are some small issues with the building the people working at the office were kind, understanding and quick to get the issues solved. Would highly recommend going with them.

GoogleBeen 3+ weeks since I left the property as a tenant managed by Keywest , there is no communication from either Keywest or the landlord , looks like they only care about incoming money and not help tenants!

GoogleNo replies on calls , ignores voicemails and emails. Haven’t sorted a bit and its been 9 days. Everyone so busy there - that can not reply already for 9 days. And leaving us to unsafe property.

GoogleTotally unprofessional agents, when you call different agents give different information. Said they would do an online viewing as I would not be able to attend but was not sent any videos, despite multiple reassurances from them.

GoogleThis agency is a leech. They will do everything to steal your deposit. Must avoid.
EDIT - DPS have now ruled in our favour please see below Hello As I have said to your husband, if you wanted your deposit back then you should have cleaned your property. The property was not returned in the same condition it was given to you, it was filthy and as such a deposit claim has been made for the cleaning required. Every issue you guys ever had with the property was dealt with swiftly, and it is disappointing you have chosen to leave this review because of something we are not at fault for. We wish you well for the future We are pleased the DPS have agreed with us on the condition you left the property including • debris on floors, including food; • bits of rubbish strewn throughout the property; • dirty fireplace; • splatters on cupboard doors with stains and debris internally; • very grubby washing machine front with residue in its drawer; • soiled appliance recess; • heavy burnt on grease to hob rings; • grubby oven front with heavy burnt on grease internally; • greasy switches, sockets and tiling in the kitchen area; • very grubby and stained fridge freezer; • heavy limescale to bath screen and taps; • grubby extractor hood; • dust and hairs to sanitary ware; • watermarks and smears to mirrors; • dirt and debris in wardrobes; 5 • dirty streaks to window panes; • many cobwebs to ceilings; • dust and hairs to skirting; and • soiled toilet bowl.
