We had really worst experience with keywest. We were living at the rented property by keywest since last 1.5 year with shared tenants and at the starting of our contract, we paid deposit of amount £865. That property have too dirty backyard since we started living there. We faced many problems because of it. We had complained about it many times to keywest staff. But then also they didn't take any action for that in 1.5 year and still it is as it is. And after our contract is finished and when we asked them multiple times to return our deposit back then they have given us wrong reasons to deduct amount of £490 from our deposit. They put wrong charges on us for cleaning stuff inspite of we already cleaned whole house before we left. They didn't consider cleaning concerns about very dirty backyard which we were facing for 1.5 year. And they forwarded remaining amount of £375 deposit to DPS. And what DPS did is, they have returned £375 to one of our shared tenant without agreeing with all other tenants. And that tenant who received that amount is now denying to give our money back to us. We haven't received our partial deposit also. Keywest did nothing to return back our full deposit. We lost our money and received really worst service from Keywest.

I've been a tenant for the past few years with Key west, and had a great experience with them. In particular, Rebecca North has been excellent in helping me end my tenancy as I've bought a house. Would definitely recommend them for renting in Leicester!

We rent a house from Keywest Estate Agents and everything was fine. Special thanks to Yahya, who waited for us, who were late, when we checked in.

Being a remote landlord I feel extremely lucky to have recently found this agency to manage my property. The branch as a whole have always been very helpful and friendly, in particular I must mention, Asim Iqbal. Asim has gone above and beyond in helping me to bring the property to the market in a timely manner, nothing has been too much trouble and his professionalism and knowledge of the market has been outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Just sold my house through these guys. They are friendly, understanding and helpful. I think they got me a buyer within a week and a half, the first sale sign didn’t even go up. I bought a house from them years ago and sold it rough them, I can’t complain and I’ll be using them again in future if I need to rent property or buy, or sell. They are a good agency who care that’s the impression I got.

I have recently purchased my first property and it is thanks to a dedicated, professional member at Keywest called Asim Iqbal. As a first time buyer, it’s a daunting experience as there is so much you need to know. However, Asim guided me through the whole process and was there for me till the end. His advice was invaluable and accurate every step of the way. An outstanding service, thank you very much.

I have purchased a house through Keywest and subsequently also let a property from them for a short period. All dealings with them have been pleasant and professional and everything I have requested has been completed in a timely manner. They have also recommended tradesmen to me at my request who have also been first rate. All in all a very good estate agency.

Our house moving journey has only just started, but so far we have nothing but praise for Asim at the Hinckley Road Leicester branch. He has been invaluable providing us with information other estate agents didn't, which ultimately made the decision for us to choose Keywest. I am happy to give an updated review when we are further along the process, but have every faith we will continue to be happy with Asim's service.

Just moved into my new place last week and Key West have been absolutely brilliant. We had a small problem with the door knob on the bathroom door, I spoke to a really nice guy who sent round a genuinely pleasant chap called Mark who was round within the hour. Couldn't be happier with the house or the service.

Reciently moved into a property with Keywest and everything was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Paige even rang us a couple of days after moving to check how the move was. She has also been very quick to respond to any questions we have had. Would highly recommend this company for a stress free move.

I have used Keywest to manage my property for many years and always found them to offer an excellent service. They communicate any issues and keep me fully informed about my property. Recently I had an issue with some trees and gardening and Amy dealt with this very efficiently and was quick to respond to any questions. She kept me in the loop and ensured a successful outcome with little stress to me.

Highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a house or have their property managed. Service and communication provided by all staff at the branches or in person at property viewings is excellent and are always responsive. Tony Poole who has shown me a few property viewings is brilliant. His customer service is brilliant, very professional, friendly and is always pleasant and charming (even on the phone). I look forward to using Keywest Lettings and Estate Agents Leicester services again in the future.

Keywest have made my life so much easier! Trying to manage the house myself, from abroad before I took them on, was a nightmare. They handle everything, do regular check ups, make sure you are renting legally with all the correct certificates, and the place has always been rented out since starting - which is great for my piece of mind. The best thing however, is they always get straight back to me if I have any queries, when I've heard stories of some letting agents being unresponsive or hard to get hold of. I really couldn't recommend them enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
