I am a tenant with Haart in Leicester for more than 3 years now and and is the best agency I dealt with. But this time I was more than happy because 3 problems that I tried to sort it out for more than 1 month when I first called Haart and was not sorted out at all an amazing employee sort it out in 2 days. The shower was not working for more than 1 month, the boiler stopped so no warm water and heating and wanted to pay some extra money for rent to move the payment day. So Tuesday on 28/09/21 I called again and was so lucky that at the other end answer Mr Gurveer Jagpal from Property Management. A very professional, polite, patient, nice and well spoken who sort out all this problems in just 2 days exchanging emails and phone calls between me and landlord. In 2 words A GEM that every company supposed to have it. Now my payment is sorted out and Monday on 04/10/21 British Gas will come to sort out the shower and heater. Would definitely recommend Haart Estate Agent. We initially dealt with Stephen McDonald who showed us around our dream property in Croft Leicester on a couple of occasions. He helped us to agree a price with the seller and has continued to liaise with us and help the process throughout. A particular special mention also to Kayleigh Huxley - Duggan, a Move Manager at Haart. Kayleigh has ensured the matter progressed throughout. She was very response and extremely helpful throughout. We had a particular issue on our exchange day with the Seller’s solicitors not responding. Kayleigh made it her mission to get hold of them (despite it being a virtually impossible mission!) and eventually got hold of them to facilitate exchange. I found Haart to be friendly and professional, and were able to quickly let out my property. Safia was proactive and went above and beyond, and was even at the property to collect my furniture delivery when I was out of town. The branch was occasionally difficult to get hold of, and I'd often get through to the concierge team instead of the branch directly, although they would promptly return my call. No hesitation in recommending Haart, on the whole very pleased with the service received.

Kayleigh, our move manager, was amazing!!! She was quick to respond to emails, so helpful and happy to help. At the point where we were about to complete our conveyancers has a cyber attach and were not contactable, Kayleigh went the extra mile emailing and phoning all parties for our purchase to go through.
