GoogleSelling a house in the middle of a pandemic is never going to be easy. Steve at Haart thank fully is a very seasoned and professional agent and this was apparent with his persistence and tenacity in getting people through the the door for viewings. In particular Kayleigh was super helpful advising, coordinating efforts and sharing her obvious conveyancing knowledge towards the end of our sale as solicitors and builders appeared to be dragging their heels!..

GoogleTHE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! We are actually the owners of the property Hassan Idrees is talking about on the review below... I am sorry you lost out on buying our property Hassan but we accepted a higher offer from a different person which was our decision and one we are happy with. This isn't haarts fault as this is something we instructed them on. haart looked after us from start to finish and took our instructions thoughout finding us the best buyer at the best price! We wanted our buyer to use their mortgage services so we have piece of mind that the sale will actually go through as we have been stung before... They always looked after our best interest and got us more money than we ever thought possible. Brad, Rabinder, Victoria and the whole team are so professional and honest. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Great value for money and by far the most knowledgeable and experienced agents in Leicester

GoogleTremendous agent in Leicester, from prompt phone answer, to phone manner to the property viewing.Me and my son were shown an investment property by Aman Kaur. She handled the potential buyers extremely well (as there were lots of us that day) and made sure everyone was given a fair amount of time. Aman always had a smile on her face and her personality was great. Unfortunately we didn’t go ahead as my son thought the property wouldn’t gain future gains.Overall it was a pleasure meeting Aman. GoogleVery poor service from Haart Estate Agents and particularly Gupreet Singh, have been trying to secure a property for an investment and the lack of responses and communication is staggering. I don't understand how they continue to do business when they don't follow up someone asking questions and making offers. Extremely frustrating and dissapointing. I also experienced an extremely patronising and seemly unexperienced mortgage professional quizzing me on my salary and job who clearly had no idea about international investment and ex-pat mortgages, she repeatedly asked if my money was coming from my parents? Seemingly not convinced I had come up with the money myself. Go and find any other estate agent. I have been impressed with most others I have dealt with in the Leicester area and am now in process of completing a purchase, something I should have been doing months ago if not for the poor service from Gupreet and Haart.
