Liam was a great help and very polite and courteous. He took the time out to show me places of interest within 24hrs which was a great help to me due to my busy schedule. He had great knowledge of the areas and without bias helped me navigate the pros and cons to each property we viewed based on my requirements. Excellent representative of Haart and to be fair im more than likely to take a property from them due to the way he conducted himself and didnt push a hard sell.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property agent. I arranged a viewing with them, only to be told that it needed to be postponed. After that, I never heard back from them at all. There was no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication. When I finally reached out myself to check what was happening, I was told that they were already processing applications for the property. This was extremely frustrating, as I had shown clear interest and was waiting for them to rearrange the viewing they had cancelled. This kind of behavior is both rude and highly unprofessional. A basic level of communication and respect for potential tenants is expected, and unfortunately, this agent failed to meet even that standard. I would not recommend dealing with them.

I had a great experience with Grace Ferguson at Haart Estate Agents. My dad had problems with his heating and no hot water. I was having difficulty in contacting the Landlord, so I contacted Grace, she was extremely helpful, she went over and beyond in getting their own contractors in to carry out the work all was completed in a timely manner, with Grace keeping us informed every step of the way. I had to get a valuation on house which I have been in many years. We wanted to know how much we could spend on another house if we had to move anytime. I spoke to Charlotte Kitson - Long who was very pleasant and knowledgable to my questions. An appointment was booked and Rosey came along to view and take notes and she to was very knowledgable answering my questions. I was told I would receive an email with the valuation on within a couple of days which I did. Both ladies are a credit to Haart Estate agents with friendliness knowledge and their professionalism .

We are currently selling our first home with Rosie from Haart - the process has been made so easy and relaxing so far! With never selling a house before we aren’t 100% sure of the process - however no question is ever too silly or to small! All emails and calls are returned promptly and Rosie is amazing at keeping us posted on the next move regarding our advertisement! 100% would recommend Haart - after having valuations from different estate agents, Haart is 100% the only one that makes the sale still feel personal rather than just commercial.

Buying a forever home is the hardest thing anyone has to do, but thanks to Kayleigh from the Leicester branch, everything was smooth sailing. From viewing the property several times, putting an offer in, liaising with solicitors and other professionals to one final viewing before we got the keys, Kayleigh was always there for us. She was very knowledgeable and had the answers to everything we asked making the transaction so much easier.
