Went to view a house today and arrived earlier than our appointment time met Leah there who was also early and allowed us to view ahead of schedule. Leah was very proactive in providing information on the property and offered to find out the property boundary if required as I asked about the shrubs to the side of property. We said we would first look into the type of plants to make sure they were not invasive plants. Overall the property was good bar a few types of plants that I think were the invasive type. Could not fault Leah at all on the appointment.

I met with Charlotte (Rosie) a few months ago to discuss selling our home. We wanted to understand what we needed to do to help market it better but understand the process of selling and buying a new home. Rosie was clear and honest and we used her valuable advice to market it a few months later when we were ready. She remained patient while we checked a competitive estate agent to compare. She answered all my questions and helped with concerns. We chose Haart as felt we were in safe hands. Rosie took photos and wrote about our home beautifully! We sold the house in a week!!! Would recommend Haart to everyone!!!

I purchased my new home via haart estate agents and Megan was the agent that was dealing with my case. From minute i arrange property viewing until my offer was accepted Megan kept in touch with me and given me regular updates. Any questions I had she was more than happy to help. Megan also advised of all other services they can provide like mortgage advice and legal solicitors advice. I found that to be very helpful as there is so many options out there and it can get a little complicated and overwhelming.

My experience so far has been absolutely brilliant! Both Mia and Megan are doing an excellent job. I've had Mia conduct the viewings for me and she took time to answer all the questions, and the viewing wasn't rushed at all. We spent as much time as I needed, to have all my questions answered, and I really appreciated her honesty too. I think she's really great at what she does. Megan on the other side is always treating me with professionalism and answers are always on point, with no delays. I really appreciate this as well. She also covered for Mia in her absence, and took over the responsibility of answering my very many questions. I consider myself lucky I've been given the pleasure of working with then. Both of them truly make haart a great place to work with, and turn what is normally a very stressful process in something that feels like a breeze.

I want to express my thanks to Lynna Proctor at the Leicester branch. Lynna oversees my unit in Leicester and does an outstanding job. Lately, she managed to get decorators into my unit to repaint the whole unit and treat for mould, in addition to other issues. I relied completely on Lynna to source the decorators, get them to quote for me and all this was done with little fuss and in such a timely manner. Lynna always responds to my emails on a timely basis. I recently had some property management issues with the Coventry branch and found myself looking to Lynna for guidance, although it was not her job. She helped me out and offered to handle things for me. This is the level of service I get from Lynna and she is the 'benchmark' of what I consider good property management customer service. She is a huge asset to Haart and one of the main reasons why I still consider trusting my portfolio with Haart. Keep up the excellent work Lynna - it is much appreciated.
