I sold my house with Haarts estate agent, This was not an easy task because of the economical climate. I had numerous setbacks and obstacles, luckily for me haat provided me with an account manager. Isabel Rankin was assigned to the sale of my property. From day one she took charge of the situation and guided me through day by day what I needed to do and she did the rest . On some occasions when other people should've done something or information was not available she sorted these problems, and she made it work.Eventually I sold my property , and I believe it was due to the hard work of Isabel . I had high hopes for Haart, they appeared professional when asking for our business. However Stephen was very hard to get hold of, several mistakes were made on the Rightmove advert, we had to keep pointing out the mistakes and were made to feel bad for raising them, no apology was given, they even copied and pasted the detail from another advert, rather than writing it themselves. I can’t tell you how disappointed we were. We tried to work with them, but they only appear interested in the bottom line.

I’ve been waiting for the sale-purchase transaction to be completed to be able to write a proper review. My experience with Haarts Leicester has been BAD and REALLY DISAPPOINTING. From very poor to no communication between Haarts Leicester and us in regards of the sale of our house. Nobody really on top of our case. Every time we contact them they knew less than us on the progress. Their fees are not cheap either and don’t let them fool you, Haarts offers pretty much the same services than other agencies. Then with the views… it was just a disaster. Incredibly poor organised and the sales agent didn’t turn up in 2 occasions. So many things went wrong in the whole process that I could write a book about what went wrong. Funny is that I’ve sold the house more than 2 months ago and still got calls from them asking me if I still own that property… clearly no good comms internally either. I’ve tried to raise a complain but at some point I was so fed up of wasting my time with calls and emails that I was kind of put off about it. I am not happy or impress with their services and I won’t certainly use them ever again… And they pretty much only seem to respond to the reviews when you give them 5 stars because they ask you to do so!

I cannot talk more highly of the team, particularly Kayleigh Price who has been very supportive and a real superstar during the sale of my flat. It has been a trying process (nothing to do with the excellent service from haart and Kayleigh), but the communication, support and general educating me on how this all works and the next steps has been such a relief for me. Could not recommend more highly, especially given the experience I have had with others. Wish I could give 6 stars

Sold a property through haart who were great. Despite it being a complex sale they were able to appease all parties to reach a successful transaction. From a sellers perspective they were great at helping the buyer find a mortgage specific to the property needs to even helping their client with translating when required. The communication from their sales progressor Kayleigh Price was excellent - who was always on hand to quickly respond to queries raised by myself and chase up the relevant parties - allowing for an overall smooth process - Thank you!
