GoogleHaart made my renting experience incredibly easy. They are transparent and great with communication. My viewing was done with Owen who was incredibly professional and always lovely to me. My property manager Lynna Proctor was there whenever needed and consistently provides great service. Highly recommend Haart!

GoogleWhere to start. I requested virtual viewings for properties I was interested in which Owen the so called estate agent sent me via WhatsApp. I was sent an application I sent it back and heard nothing. I then tried to contact him and he'd blocked me???? I phoned last week and was told someone will definitely take a virtual tour for another property I was interested in, which still hasn't happened and I've been phoning almost everyday. Why do you lot never answer the phone????? I won't be phoning EVER AGAIN and I hope you ALL lose your jobs and get SHUT DOWN. LAZY and INCOMPETENT is a MASSIVE UNDERSTATEMENT. I'm assuming the manager has no issue with people like this working for him/her. COMPLETE DISGRACE and DISGUSTING TREATMENT received from here. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time out of your day by leaving myself and the Lettings team a well-constructed review. All comments left are welcome as they help the team grow and improve. I would first like to address a few of your comments to clear things up so anyone reading can understand the whole picture. If anyone receives any virtual viewings from ourselves at Haart via WhatsApp, these are coming from our personal phones. We do this as it is easier to send the videos out to applicants, due to the reasoning, not all videos are able to be sent via email to to the length of the videos. Once I have an applicant's contact details where I can converse with applicants via email of phone, I will block people on WhatsApp as this is again my personal number. My working hours are 08:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday I do not want to be contacted by applicants away from work. We appreciate your comments about answering the phones and it is something we will take away and work on as a team. GoogleSelling house to moving abroad, had different agent come but when Jed came he had bags of knowledge and confidence in the local market and in hi ability. Despite the guide price being above the normal price Jed was confident and was CORRECT and the house was sold 24hrs after open house for above expected. Phil who is office based was great and kept track of everything, very attentive and to be honest was very composed when faced with an some challenges...again he was confident we would complete on time despite delays and he was right! Overall Haart has provided a great service, achieving a price other agents thought not possible. Would recommend!

Coco was first with marketing, Phil second in the negotiations & buyer liaison and thirdly Kayleigh who progressed matters and ensured completion. The property sold within days of listing. GoogleI remember when myself and hubby walked into the letting office in Leicester urgently looking for an apartment for rent, we were attended to by Owen Ali, he was quite welcoming and helped us through the registration process, the viewing was scheduled which went well. The whole pressure of moving into the new house before the contract where we were elapsed took a crazy turn as the referencing process was not as smooth as we envisaged. However, in the tinkle of an eye, everything changed with the constant assistance from Owen Ali who did everything possible in ensuring our hope of moving in at when due way did not go to waste. I and my husband are so thankful to Ali Owen and Lynna Proctor for their tremendous sacrifice in putting smiles on our faces. God bless everything that concerns you both and the Haart company.
