Pure excellence...what else can I say. I was acting on matter within a chain with Kayleigh from Haarts. She has shown the utmost care for the clients and has been super supportive to myself and others in this chain. Unprofessional. Uncoordinated. Poor Service. I rung to view a house, in the initial conversation that took place with the Kayleigh on the phone in leicester the branch, she asked me if I wanted a free mortgage quote from them and I said I have a mortgage in principle already she even asked me who with I said NatWest and Barclays and she said oh we might be able to give you a better deal would you like a free consultation I said ok and it was agreed to do it online. I receive no online link until 1 minute before the scheduled time - unprofessional. I had urgent work come in for my job and instantly emailed back the lady saying we are going to have to cancel which she replied that’s fine let me know when you are ok to reschedule. This was on Thursday. My house viewing was today (Saturday) at 12pm and I received two missed calls at 11am (1hr before my appointment). I woke up and rung the number back. I was told on the phone they CANCELLED my appointment that I HAD WAITED OVER A WEEK FOR because I didn’t rearrange my OPTIONAL mortgage quote with them. I questioned Megan on the phone saying, how has me getting a mortgage quote with you have anything to do with my appointment? She said oh we need to make sure you’re ’qualified’ to see the property. I replied well on the phone I already told you I have my mortgage in principle already? She stated you needed to send that to us, I said that was not mentioned on the call when I booked the appointment so now what? She goes that should’ve been mentioned. I said so now what?She goes can you send that over to us, I said yes of course I can but you’ve cancelled my appointment and I now can’t see that property at 12 today can I? She said no unfortunately not. I replied well in that case I no longer want to see the property because of how badly you guys have operated. Let me just say there was ZERO empathy from her. With that POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE I certainly will not be doing business with you that’s for sure. I feel angry, massively disappointed and upset. I was extremely excited about viewing this property and you crushed that excitement and hope.
