Had a wonderful experience beginning to end with this agency. Kayleigh sorted viewings quickly and sorted second, third, and even fourth viewings. As well as this, she kept me completely in the loop with every aspect of the purchase ensuring I understood exactly what was going on and what next steps I needed to take as a first time buyer. Speaking as a residential buyer, I had some initial difficulties getting into contact with the team and arranging viewings (difficulty getting anyone to answer, and repeated promises to call back that never happened!) that almost put me off Haart entirely. However, once I got through to Megan she was exceedingly efficient at arranging a viewing and agreeing an offer with the seller. 3 stars for Haart, but 5 stars for Megan!
