Adrian gave sound advice on essential maintenance that we should do, to enable a speedy sale and achieve market value. Gemma has always been at the end of the phone when assistance was required along the way. We opted on selling by modern auction {iamsold} once the house was of a decent standard. The sale process is almost complete, I would recommend this method to anyone for a quicker sale method.
