GoogleSo I went to visit Ash for help my mortgage after having issues with a previous firm who i was dealing with for months. With in a few days Ash sorted out everythig and got me a acceptance based on my personal circumstances. You will get sound advice from Ash, no beating around the bush, everything is clear cut and in your best interest. I cant recomend him enough. GoogleI was recommended by my family to go with Aashish Porbandary at countrywide mortgages, being a First time buyer we did not think we could ever be a homeowner but thanks to Aashish for his hard work and expertise for recommending us a right lender and getting us a mortgage offer within few weeks. GoogleMy parents came across Frank Innes simply because the property we wanted was on sale through them. We had a negative experience with the first estate agents we used to sell our home but then we transferred to Frank Innes. These guys were top notch! Special shout out to Chloe James who build such an amazing rapport with my mum and who looked after her through the whole journey. She kept us fully informed and was professional throughout. GoogleMe and my partner had a great experience with Frank Innes. Everyone was extremely helpful whenever we called. For various reasons are sale took a lot longer than expected and Chloe James was a great help for us from start to finish. She chased our sale down to the last day and even helped us out of her working hours to ensure we completed the sale as soon as possible. Nisha has been an absolute star from the beginning, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we couldn't asked for a better Mortgage Advisor. GoogleIf Carlsberg were an estate agent! If Carsberg were an estate agent it would be Frank Innes Leicester! Wow what an amazing job you did for us. I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. From valuation to exchange of contracts we have received the very best service. Communication with both us and our buyers was always immediate and informative. After being contracted to another agent for 12 weeks with not one viewing we were at a very low point when Gemma and then Adrian swept into our lives and uplifted our spirits. Within 10 days we had 7 qualified viewings and sold with an offer over asking price! Chloe and Laura were brilliant chasing solicitors and other agents and keeping us up to speed with every step. GoogleWe recently bought a house through Frank Innes and we dealt with Chloe and Gemma. These girls where amazing at supporting us through our tuff time that it was. They were both so understanding and caring . We had daily updates from them both via emails and calls. Very professional and helpful too. We couldn't have done it without them. I think we have made friends for life too, lovely girls. We would like to thank them both for all that they did and for putting up with us for such a long time . But we got there in the end and now we have the keys to our home . Was lovely meeting them in person to thank them properly. GooglePoor communication! Myself and my partner had a letting viewing arranged. I requested the information of date/time be in writing via my email, this was ignored. The viewing was cancelled without us being advised (they said they'd rang me the morning of, but I had no missed call/voicemail)- I was at the property and waiting for 15 minutes before ringing up and told so. I even rang beforehand advising them we'll be a little late because of traffic- wasn't even told of the cancellation at this point. Completely dissatisfied with their service and lack of effective communication.

GoogleWe are current tenants of Frank Innes, Leicester office and have reported an issue which has caused us to have 96 hours now without electricity, hot water, heat, and damage to kitchen ceiling, and no one has set foot in the property to even assess it. Thus far the only contractor to attend the property was initiated by us in order to prevent severe damage to the house and our property, and danger to ourselves. We are informed that this amount will not be reimbursed despite the fact that the incident occurred around midnight, with no out of hours emergency contact, and we still await assistance as this is written.

GoogleNot replying and not picking up the phone, I’ve been trying to get wifi installed in my flat for a month and I don’t have access to the wifi cupboard and don’t know who actually holds the key. I call the office and they don’t pick up the phone. I email and they don’t respond. Maintenance have been good at fixing issues but they are separate to frank innes who don’t seem to do very much once you’ve signed the contract.
