Very professional agent, house was sold at the right price within 14 days during covid. Agent demonstrated good knowledge of the local market, all veiwings were accompanied and strict Covid19 measures were used by all of their representatives. The agents staff were very experienced and did in fact advise against accepting offers from certain buyers who they did not feel were credible. Also their staff were discrete, arriving in unmarked vehicles and advising against having a board erected. Fees were also very competitive. Can recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I have been going to the Frank Innes branch in Leicester for years now. The staff there are always enthusiastic to help with any of my queries. They all know I am always a phone call away from another property enquiry. When it came to buying my new family home, the team made us always feel very welcome. Ash was great during my property buying process, finding me alternative mortgage solutions and discussing them in great detail with me, in two languages even. Adrian was always a great face to see, his smile lights up the office as he welcomed us every time. When he visited several times, including when valuing my family home, he was very friendly and professional with all of the family. He too, is always happy to help and there to discuss any of my queries. He really made us feel like he had our best interests at heart and is always great to speak to. Thanks to all of the team for always going above and beyond and I am sure to be going back to them in future.

Frank inn representative was very helpful and Kind most of the time especially I always used to go to office and make my payments ..also, maintenance team was helpful. But biggest challenge when we ask for return of our Deposits. Especially when I left apartment in much much better condition than I received. It is absolutely unfair of deduction of 100 pound for cleaning apartment. It was such a small studio than can be clean every single day of use. I sent them pics/video of cleaning studio before I left also their representative was happy and agreed that I have left studio very well. I am still waiting on my deposits and team seems not willing to pay my full Deposits by claiming of cleaning charge. I am very disappointed with over all experience as getting my full deposit is needed. I was hoping team should work well with eachother and Co ordinate. Because i paid my deposit to frank inns i was hoping to get help for refund as well. I will not recommend frank inn if they are not taken full in charge of moving in to move out. Very very disappointed.

Have just had an extremely disappointing experience with the agency. Was called and booked for a viewing appointment followed by a text confirmation. Left all my commitments amd went to the address of which l arrived 10 minutes earlier. When my time clocked l knocked to no response. After 15 mins past my appointment time tried calling their numbers my call was not being picked messages not delivering anymore. May you kindly not waste people's time Thank you

Seriously, this company will soon receive a bad name based on two individuals - JOANNE CABLE & JESSICA MAGNOR within the Lettings Team/Property Management. Most of the good reviews are because of the sales team so I am sure that the company as a whole are not to blame. The need to name and shame is necessary as they are both senior figures with the wrong attitude to the property industry. This comes as no suprise given that the company as a whole is part of the Countrywide group who wish to monopolise the industry without putting obvious branding above the door in an attempt to mislead consumers. Anyway, as mentioned above I have been dealing with Joanne Cable & Jessica Magnor who are completely useless in their respective jobs. We are currently dealing with a deposit dispute which simply could have been dealt with if they managed their clients (landlord) expectations. Instead, they acted as a messenger and just passed on comments from the landlord without advising on what is fair wear & tear and what is just completely absurd such as attempting to withhold deposit funds for damage which was mentioned on the check in report before the tenancy began. Once this matter escalates to a dispute, it will be illegal for an adjudicator to award the landlord funds if the check in report mirrors the check out report. When I presented this very message to Joanne Cable & Jessica Magnor, their attitude seemed lazy, blunt and poor with a lack of urgency and an eagerness for this to lead to a dispute simply so they don't have to do any more work. When they attempted to deduct a large sum from the deposit, this was challenged and they then decided to cross reference the check in and check out report, something which they should have done prior to sending any deduction requests. There is no excuse for laziness. As a Tenant, I wouldn't rent any properties through this company as they seem to have a desire to please the landlord only which will cause you problems at the end of tenancy. As a landlord, I wouldn't give this company my property even if they had zero fees as doing so simply allows such horrible behaviour to continue and eventually become the norm. This has been ongoing for 2 months. My strong advice is to avoid.

I used Frank Innes to buy my first property in Leicester. I dealt with a number of people within the team and found each and everyone to be extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with two members of staff in particular and would like to thank Elthem specifically. Adrian Gomes - Incredibly efficient and genuinely cared about the purchase. I used Adrian to book my viewings for a number of houses on a specific day (which included other agents) and Adrian was the only agent to call me on the day of the viewings to wish me luck! Such a simple but nice touch and certainly made him stand out. He was fantastic when I found the property I wanted and kept me informed of progress - which included him calling me at 8pm on Friday night to give me a simple update. Adrian really went above and beyond and I thank him for all his help! Gemma Elliott - Gemma came onto the scene later in the process as the sellers needed quite a bit of assistance answering queries. Gemma was an absolute star as she was liaising with my solicitors, me, the sellers and their solicitors too!
