GoogleI recently booked a property through this agency by paying an advance booking amount of 150 pounds and they blocked it for me after couple of days I got covid and went for isolation. Even saying to them I am not feeling well and I am self isolated they keep on calling and was giving pressure to do their paper works. The only think I asked them was some time to be back normal and they didn't mind it. After that they cancelled my application and told the garanteer is not enough Please do not trust this agency🙏 they are not serving people they just need us to book the property and they will reject and keep the fees we paid initially.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had been in touch with Adrian Gomez whom came over to value our property to sell on the market. Due to Covid-19 things have changed for us all and he had come into the property wearing a mask, adhering to social distancing policy set out by the business. Adrian from the get go was very informative and explained his process step by step which put us at ease. Overall i am really happy with the service Adrian had provided and shown us, he is a credit to the business for his profesionallism. We decided not to sell the property at the moment however, I will contact Adrian when we decide to do so. GoogleI requested a valuation of my house by Frank Innes and was visited by Adrian Gomez. He was highly professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and trusting in his visit,. Importantly, he adhered strongly to the covid social distancing guidance. He laid out an informative plan and projection of how he would market the house in the best way. They even delivered important contract paperwork to our former home which was way out of their way as we did not have a printer at home. GoogleMy appointment to view a property was cancelled by the agent 45mins prior to the agreed viewing time, when this could have been done a day earlier. I was already on my way having spent an hour on the train and also requested time off work to be available for this appointment. Terrible service
