Great service shown by Adrian Gomez and the office girls at Leicester. Although I didn’t end up instructing Adrian due to receiving a cash offer, I would highly recommended them. Adrian showed nothing but care & professionalism throughout his visit. He’s was very charming and enthusiastic about the potential sale of my property. Even after I had advised him I wouldn’t be using his services, he still called to offer his services if I needed help with anything. Lovely guy and helpful friendly team at the office.

Absolutely garbage, they are more than happy to harass tenants and refuse to perform even the most basic duties of an agency. They even seem to not understand the tenancy agreements that they produce. The staff are often incompetent and obviously only care about the interests of their landlords and not for the tenant. Looking at the positive reviews I can see they are (mostly) from Landlords whilst all the negative ones are from tenants, this should give you a good understanding of this company's priorities. I would avoid this agency like the plague.

I offered to buy an investment apartment in city centre in May 2018 and the purchase finally completed in March 2019. It was fraught with complications and problems but Frank Innes staff expertly sorted out every new problem that sprang up. I started dealing with Luke who was lovely and very friendly and efficient and then eventually finished dealing with Gemma who true to her name was a Gem and she dealt with every complication brilliantly! If I buy again in Leicester then this firm will be my first port of call as the previous agent I have used were no where near as good as this firm.

I’ve had really good support from one of the agents at Frank Innes. I moved from south wales to Leicester and had no clue where to look for a suitable apartment. Sam Whiteman helped me a lot and looked for somewhere close to work and central for me as I don’t drive. He is an absolute credit to Frank Innes and so are rest of the team as I’ve had to call few times and they all have supported me in a positive approach. The rental process was very straight forward and stressfree which I was very grateful for! Sam assisted me from start to end and explained everything very clearly and I’m happy I went ahead with Frank Innes as other estate agents were no where near as helpful! I’m happy in my place and definitely won’t be looking elsewhere so I can’t thank the whole team enough and mainly Sam!.

I dealt with the Chloe, Laura and Gemma at Frank Innes for the sale of my property, it took a considerable amount of time to sell and I thought it would never sell. However the ladies were persistent, patient and extremely helpful and managed to get multiple viewers a month where other agencies had failed to even get 1 or 2 in and given up. With their consistency, great communication and friendly nature we mantainted a great relationship and they were fantastic at keeping allparties updated, even throughout the sale process. Great great service would be the only agency I ever use, and we've used a few over the years but non were anywhere near as good as these guys, great work!!!!
