GoogleI got in touch with Berkley Estate & Letting Agents to help me get a home evaluation for my parents. The agent was on time, very professional and really transparent with their processes and what they would be doing to sell my folks home. We got the estimate on the day too which was great! If you're looking to buy or sell within Leicester, definitely give Berkeley's a try.

GoogleHorrendous letting agency. I have repairs outstanding from when my inventory was returned to them 8 months ago. Despite repeated reminders to the lettings team that many things are still broken, nothing has been done. I declined to lock into another 6 month contract, instead opting to have a rolling periodic tenancy, and they served notice - will never be renting with them again.

GoogleSome of what I was put through when I went to pick up my key's 1: They had lost the keys 2: They tried to get Me to sort out the mess they had caused. 3: They tried to make me wait till next day And I did not get a reply to either of the emails I sent to the CEO ( Rob Perrins)

GoogleVery unresponsive. You could call at any time in the day and no one answers, leave voicemails and no one gets back in touch. Told they will send you emails but you receive nothing, send emails and never receive a response. I am giving 3 stars because the Leicester office is pretty responsive but the Kibworth one isn't.

GoogleAs a landlord would not recommend these people at all!!!. after using them for several years it has come to light there they didn't carry out any of the services that they should be doing such as routine visits, advising if any safety certificates are due etc etc for a fully managed service. avoid with a barge pole!!!

GoogleVery pleased with valuation, advice and speed of sale of house. Berkley did group viewing days and it certainly worked and was efficient. The sale is going through in record time. Did not use their recommended solicitor as have one of my own as only marginally more expensive but whom I know.

GoogleThey are not great to you when you decide you don't want to use them. They charged me £96 for transferring my own money to me that they should not have had in the first place, which after talking to a 2 different estate agents they had no right to do! :(
