GoogleAs a landlord would not recommend these people at all!!!. after using them for several years it has come to light there they didn't carry out any of the services that they should be doing such as routine visits, advising if any safety certificates are due etc etc for a fully managed service. avoid with a barge pole!!!

GoogleVery pleased with valuation, advice and speed of sale of house. Berkley did group viewing days and it certainly worked and was efficient. The sale is going through in record time. Did not use their recommended solicitor as have one of my own as only marginally more expensive but whom I know.

GoogleThey are not great to you when you decide you don't want to use them. They charged me £96 for transferring my own money to me that they should not have had in the first place, which after talking to a 2 different estate agents they had no right to do! :(

GoogleHorrifically bad customer service, had a viewing for flat, received no word of being cancelled, they said they called but we received no phone call or text message. They then said all they can do is change the viewing date, then cut the call. Don't bother with these amateurs.

GoogleAfter talking to many estate agents in Leicester, Berkley Estate Agents were the most friendly and helpful. Right from the viewing, they have been on hand to answer and questions or deal with any issues we have had. 2 months in and we have not had any issues.

GoogleWorst agents I have ever dealt with. I reported maintenance issues and was palmed off for months with no response, until eventually I threatened to go to the ombudsman. Suddenly someone was sent round and things were sorted. Avoid at all costs.

Googlepaid an admin fee of £60 for so claimed "Paper work", promised a house at a set price but suddenly they increased the price of the property by £7 a week and on top of that terrible service overall, especially from there staff Kate . PLEASE AVOID!

GoogleIf I could rate this estate agents 0 stars I would have. I can't even begin to describe the scale of unprofessionalism and bad conduct myself and my flatmates have received from this company. I would not wish Berkleys Estate & Letting Agents on my worst enemy!

I have had the misfortune to use Berkleys as a landlord and as a potential investment buyer...... Completely useless on both counts. Students , landlords , sellers avoid, use more knowledgable and professional services of others like keywest next door or First4lettings; excellent people.

GoogleThe experience i have had with Berkley is terrible, would not recommend to anyone. They hold onto money/assets which should be returned, dont have standards of customer satisfaction, leaving many feeling as they have been "fobbed off" with no explanation. AVOID!!

GoogleThere service is very bad. They have cheated me by increasing the rent price on the contract papers. I have not moved to the house they advertised because they have wasted my time, money and gave me stress.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
