GoogleDo you like being without internet for days, while you are studying or working remotely? Do you want neighbours who scream at each other all night and press your doorbell when they forget their keys, and have the agency do nothing about it? Do you want your agency to falsely accuse you of damage, refuse evidence with malice, and try to intimidate and negotiate a payment for something you didn't do? Well then YPP is the agency for you. If that's not your cup of tea, consider any other agency.

GoogleYPP is by far the worst agency I had to deal with in Leeds. The have falsely accused us of damaging the window and tried to take over £400 from our deposit. When we tried to resolve the issue with them, they withheld evidence and tried to negotiate the price for damage we didn't do. Thank god for deposit protection who saw they were full of it and ruled in our favour. Avoid. They will try to screw you over.

GoogleDont bother signing with these guys, iv spent weeks without hotwater and heating, the firealarm has been going off for the last 2 hours now ( there are people who study and work from home) and this constantly goes off. The office dont really care nor have much power to do anything. They have an emergency maintenance when the office is closed.. but they think having no hot water or heating is not an emergency (despite paying all inclusive bills to the company).

GoogleIf I can give these scam artists 0 stars I would! Absolutely horrendous letting agency who doesn’t care about there tenants at all. If you are looking to rent somewhere, do not go with YPP. They will take months to fix issues inside your apartment, and then hold majority of your deposit when you leave. They are full of lies, and are clearly in it for the financial gain. I left my apartment in cleaner condition then when I got it, and they still took most of my deposit. If I read all these reviews, I would have definitely not chosen YPP! That’s my fault, but I’m trying to do my best to help others! I have never dealt with such unprofessional, money hungry people in my life. Do not choose YPP!

GoogleIn the start they seemed like they were nice, however, that quickly changed once they had my money. They stopped replying to any of my concerns and when it was finally time to leave they started making up stories about damaged walls ect. The apartment was horrendous and had a very bad moldy smell and there was also cracks all over walls from before I even checked in. Its very clear that these guys are just money hungry and dont care for their tenants! Stay AWAY !!!
