GoogleGary, was very kind and did the job fast. He fixed both toilets and changed the light bulb, and put the same as the other one as i asked. The YPP people I talked to earlier, weren't very helpful since I had to request the issues once online, and had to call 4 times until they confirmed that someone would come. That wasn't a very pleasant first experience that I had with the YPP maintenance team.

GoogleI live in one of the YPP building and had some issues with my flat that needed to be resolved, but thankfully after working with Jamie, he personally dealt with the complaint and was able to fix these problems very quickly and smoothly.

GoogleWhat I like most about this apartment is its good location and we have a separate washing machine. And the staff Nikki Cheung, is very friendly and responsible.

GoogleHad an issue in my apartment and reported it to YPP maintenance team and i made them aware that i had online lessons.
