GoogleI'm incredibly comfortable here. Kai and Janine have made moving in incredibly simple on the day. Also the maintenance people, Craig and Scott are accommodating to my time schedule for addressing any issues I may have, as well as being very friendly. GoogleThoroughly impressed with YPP and their contracted maintenance team. Any time I had an issue, someone would be out within 24 hours. Also, we agreed on a renovation in my flat whilst I was away for a weekend - I was kept up to date throughout the process with pictures and videos and all of my things were safe whilst I was away. Level of customer service from all YPP employees I have spoken to has been excellent.

TrustpilotProfessional staff who deal with reported issues promptly.
I have spent the last year working along side YPP carrying out routine ground maintenance on many of the YPP portfolio. Liaising with property maintenance staff and supervisors are made so easy with their technical knowledge and understanding of the tasks to be carried out. I often point out issues at properties that I identify to ensure the high standards of YPPβs clients homes are kept and to reduce escalation of minor faults becoming bigger problems and more costly. Both Alycia and JK require a special thumbs up and I look forward to continuing our professional relationship.

One day, I was working in my flat when I encountered a frustrating maintenance issue. No matter what I did, I couldn't seem to solve the problem. I tried everything from turning it off and on again to sacrificing a goat to the tech gods, but nothing seemed to work.Just when I thought all hope was lost, Jonathan from the maintenance team swooped in to save the day. He was like a superhero, complete with a cape and mask.He listened carefully to my problem and then got to work, a brief half an hour later my maintenance issue was fixed and he even cleaned up the mess too.I thanked Jonathan profusely, and he just smiled and said, "No problem, it's all in a day's work."
