I'm so chuffed with the results .and the colour choice I picked , it matches everything in my bathroom. The staff are all helpful . Good service. That's why I've given you 5 stars. Well done . FacebookImpossible to get repairs or updates from them. When you do a repair they turn up without an appointment time.
Currently have a claim about a leak that happened 2 floors above me from a toilet leak that damaged personal items and the flat ceiling etc this was due to the technician not arriving for 4 hours, been over a month and nothing back about compensation or updates.
Staff never know what’s going on when you ring, always waiting 15 mins or longer on hold to get in touch.
Rent is ridiculously high for a 2 bed flat when I know others paying less then £100 for 3 bed houses.
They did a repair on Thursday 16th feb and fitted a new sink that is the wrong size and had to “bodge the job” to make it work.
I have damp in my bathroom from an Ill fitted shower fan, constantly damp/ mouldy windows (was told to open them more often, yet it’s winter)
I have been with them for 4 years and never would recommend to anyone either.
I have been trying to move into a house for 3 bed house for years now as I want to have a baby but cannot fit one in this flat as we already have 2 children sharing a room. Im constantly applying online but never get a response or anything.

FacebookWe complained about damp in one of the bedrooms over 5 months ago, after various visits from different surveyors assessing the situation the damp is only getting worse and we are continuously fobbed off that they are awaiting a response from the surveyors. The Bedroom is inhabitable, the damp is spreading to the living room. This is only going to get worse in the winter.
Unbelievably shocking response time from Yorkshire Housing.
